Wonderful stay and location

The location couldn’t have been better - just a short walk to the main strip of bars and restaurants, the beachfront, and a supermarket, yet tucked away in a peaceful, quiet neighbourhood. The garden and pool were absolutely perfect for our kids, who spent hours happily running around and playing in the huge outdoor space. Inside, the villa had everything we could possibly need. It’s easily the best-equipped place we’ve ever stayed at and felt like a home away from home. Connie was fantastic throughout, with thoughtful, thorough communication and quick support whenever we needed it. We're already looking forward to rebooking for our next trip! Luca
Brilliant stay
By Zoe on 01-Apr-2025Brilliant stay at Connie’s with six adults and our two young sons. Loads of room, great garden / lawn, spacious and sunny outdoor eating areas with a bbq. Pool area is amazing with loungers that have shades, super comfy. Walkable to the beach, town and Lidl two mins down the road. Connie is super responsive and helpful. Some gorgeous swims at fig tree bay and konnos bay. We even had a late flight and Connie allowed us to go to her other home with our kids to hang out before heading to the airport. 10/10 trip, we plan to return!
Had great time
By Michael on 01-Aug-2025Had a great time here. Well situated for mist things in a relatively quiet area. Made good use of the pool, bbq and facilities. Connie was a exceptional host and would go out of her way to help you. We would definitely use this villa again.
amazing host and place
By Olav on 15-Jul-2025Connie was an amazing host with an amazing place. The villa was large enough for 9 people and the outside area was super nice to have! Protaras is quite nice and not as loud as Agia Napa, but still lots of restaurants and things to do during the day. The communication with Connie was 10/10, she gave very detailed instructions about everything, and answered every question super quick
