What makes this villa unique!
The views are the best feature, there are sea views from all the rooms, downstairs and upstairs when you look out of the landing window its as if you are on a ship, all you can see is the turquoise Mediterranean!

The outside space is large, so there is plenty of sunbathing space, even with all the loungers, sofas, hammock and massive daybed, and outside dining table and chairs it is still not cramped. There is direct access to the sea from the Terrace.
The living area is very spacious, we did not want to put another bedroom downstairs as we wanted to keep the open plan feel, we often have two families staying at the villa as a group and they all say how nice it is to have their own space

The teenagers and kids love the den upstairs they can watch movies or play the Xbox or just chill and not have to put up with the parents!

The location is great, there are many bars and restaurants within walking distance. There is a regular bus service that is 1.50 euro if you don't want to drive. There is direct access to the nice sandy shallow beach. This has been designated a a conservation area so great for snorkelling and spotting fish and clear blue sea to swim in.

Wonderful Villa

By Marie W on 07-May-2024

Wonderful Villa Left on May 7, 2024 for a stay in Apr 2024 The villa was extremely spacious and in a lovely, secluded setting with sea views from every room. The pool area was very private and not overlooked. The patio area at the pool is furnished with sunbeds, tables, various sitting areas, including a dining table and chairs and a barbecue as well as an outside shower. Inside had everything you could want for comfort and the kitchen has to be one of the most well equipped I have come across. Air conditioning is available throughout the villa. Upstairs there are 3/4 bedrooms with the 4th bedroom doubling up as a games room, 1 full bathroom, 1 en-suite shower room and an additional WC downstairs. There are numerous books, games and dvd's provided for you. Whilst I would recommend car hire, the villa is very conveniently situated within 5 mins walk to bus stops at the top of the cul-de-sac should you wish to venture out for a day trip or evening meal without driving. Sue is extremely helpful and very informative. She keeps you up to date from start to end of booking and is only a text/phone call away should you have any questions. We had an extremely relaxing and very enjoyable holiday at Atlantis Villa and look forward to returning. Your response: "Hi Maria. Thank you so much for your brilliant review. I am so pleased you had a nice relaxing time.. you're more than welcome anytime. Kind regards Sue"

Well Earned Break

By Andy on 19-Feb-2024

The villa was just what I wanted for a well-earned break - a regular home from home. Ready prepared for my visit - clean and fresh - easy to get to, that fantastic view and all the kit I needed to take advantage of the local fruit and veg (and I still love having lemons to pick whenver I need one)! And an electric fruit juicer now too - even less work for me! From our super base - we sampled the local restaurants (Vassos in Ayia Napa harbour, Faliros in Kennedy Avenue and Soukris Souvlakia in Paralimini ("no plates" - really, go see), Blue Spice in Pernera and Tipsy O'Turtle for Sunday Lunch). Would go back to all again. We took a trip over to the North and had a cake and coffee at Tatli Hayat in Famagusta and went to the main market on market day - fantastic fruit and veg and so much more. Took a walk around the Ghost Town of Varosha - what an experience! Not sure how we packed all of that into one week - have to come for longer next time!

Family /Friends Stay

By Sian on 20-Dec-2023

Family/Friends stay Left on Dec 20, 2023 for a stay in Oct 2023 We stayed at Atlantis Villa in October 23 and had a fabulous stay. The hosts gave us plenty of information before we arrived and felt at home straight away. The villa is in a cul de sac so a quiet location with sea view. The bus stop was a short walk away. Protaras was easy to get to by bus. We rented a car and got out and about. However the villa was clean spacious and had everything you needed. Lots of pots, pans kitchen equipment. Very good WiFi. Air con. Pool was a good size. Would highly recommend this villa.

Wow what t great Villa

By Kelly 219 on 15-Nov-2023

Left on Nov 15, 2023 for a stay in Oct 2023 Well what can i say, what an amazing villa, we stayed here for 2 weeks from the 22nd Oct, we arrived at midnight and we had a lovely welcome pack, there is so much space, the kids loved playing in the pool, we had BBQs in the evenings, we had Tvs in each room, great views, lovely neighbours, there isnt 1 thing i could fault about the Villa, Sue and Lance were amazing hosts. We caugh a bus into protaras a couple of evenings to eat out (so many places to choose from and buses are very regular) we rented a car through auto village (they were superb), you dont need a car when you stay at the villa, there is a bus stop a few minutes walk away but we wanted to see more of cyprus, we went to Troodos mountains ( 2 hours drive, well worth a visit) and we also drove to famagusta (45 min drive) we done our food shop at Metro ( 5 min drive) as it was a lot bigger than lidl and so much more to choose from, and we got our alcohol from Nicks bottle shop, so much choice and very reasonably priced. The villa was everything you expected it to be and more, i would definitely recommend staying here and when we visit Cyrus again i will be booking this villa. Thank you for letting us use your villa. Your response: "Hi Kelly So pleased you enjoyed your holiday, and that the car hire and buses worked out for you. Pleased that you managed to get up to the Troodos Mountains, they are spectacular and gives you a different view of the country. You are more than welcome to come back any time. Kind Regards Sue"

Great Villa

By Michelle C on 16-Jun-2023

Michelle C Great villa Left on Jun 16, 2023 for a stay in May 2023 We have been going to Cyprus for over 20 years and this is probably one of the best villas we have stayed in. It was lovely and clean loads of space both indoors and out, the villa is not overlooked so you get lots of privacy. If you get up early you can enjoy the sunrise while having a coffee, on a night the pool lights up with different colours, our granddaughter loved it. There is a great pub within walking distance and also a 24 hour bakers which is great. If you don’t have a car the local bus runs regularly at the top of the street, taking you to protaras or Napa where there are lots of clubs and restaurants. Booking was easy, Sue kept us informed at each stage and the information booklet in the Villa tells you everything and more that you may need to know. The welcome pack was a great as we arrive late at night. We have sent the Villa information to friend and will definitely be looking to book it again. Fantastic Villa with Amazing views

By Karen and John on 20-Apr-2023

If we could give this villa a ten star rating then we would definitely have given it a ten. We have stayed in many villas but this is our absolute favourite villa. The villa views are just spectacular. The villa is so quiet and peaceful, tucked away at the bottom of a little cul de sac of other detached villas. The villa is so private and you aren’t overlooked by any other villas. Sue and Lance are just so helpful and obliging everything you could possibly need is in the villa, have never stayed in a villa that is so well equipped. The villa is spotlessly clean too. You have so much storage space and there are even two fridge/freezers so plenty of room for any food and drink. There are lots of good books to read at the villa and Sue’s Welcome Book is just full of useful tips, recommendations and information. There is also a really good tv package if you need it and a play station games room that converts to a fourth bedroom. The pool has just recently been relined and is a fabulous place to cool down. Towels are provided so that definitely saves you some luggage space. You can literally sunbathe and follow the sun around all day as the pool area is so spacious and sunny. We loved sitting out by the pool on an evening too as the pool has colour changing lighting. We loved watching the bats flying around on an evening. There is a huge barbecue with all the utensils needed and even an outdoor sink area. We always hire a car as we like to visit different places. We pick the car up from the airport and leave it at the airport on our departure day. We use Samson at Voyager and he always gives us a good price and we have never had a problem with them. However, if you didn’t want to drive you really could just get a taxi from the airport to the villa and use the regular buses that pick up just along the road from the villa or use local taxis. There are a few restaurants within walking distance or a bus ride or short drive/taxi ride away. There are regular buses that stop near to the villa that go to Ayia Napa, Protaris, Paralimni and even the big Water Park. The Bakers Arms is just a short 20 mins walk away. The owner makes his own pies and pasties and they are gorgeous. We order Cornish pasties from him if we fancy a night eating in. They are huge. Falaros at Kapparis is our favourite restaurant really good value food, especially the three course special. There are two really good supermarkets a short drive or bus ride away. Metro and Best Value. If feeling energetic you could walk to Best Value. We drive to Lidl to shop too. Nicks Bottle Shop is the place to go for any alcohol requirements. There is a fabulous 24 hour bakers a short 25!mins walk away from the villa that does amazing food even hot takeaway meals. Sue does leave a lovely welcome pack so you definitely have enough essentials for your arrival. The villa has stunning sea views. You literally cross a field in front of the villa by walking along a path and you are at the seafront. Walk either left or right and it takes you to beautiful beaches. One of the beaches even has wheelchair access into the sea. There is a little yacht club bar a short walk along the beach that does amazing cocktails. A few of our favourite restaurants at Cyprus are Moodz, Falaros, Island Affair, Molti, Red Ruby and Balti Indian restaurants, Nissakis, Blue Wave, Just Italian, Bakers Arms and Mambos. But that is just a few, you really are spoilt for choice restaurant wise. If you are a big shopping fan then visit Jumbos store near Larnaca. One huge store that sells just about everything. Then near to Jumbos is Blue Wave beachfront restaurant that does amazing omelettes, proper chips and salad. Sunbeds there too. So much to see and do at Cyprus. There is an amazing sculpture park at Ayia Napa that is free to visit, best to visit in the morning before it gets too hot, as there is no shade. Hundreds of amazing sculptures. The Yellow Boat trip is a fun trip where you can snorkel, we swam with two beautiful large turtles of this trip. We always hire one of the little dune buggy jeeps and head off and explore. They are great for going off road and exploring the Cape Greco caves and we found an amazing little church carved into a mountain. We hire the buggy from a lovely chap called Demitrio at Yerimos Motorbikes close to the traffic lights coming out of Protaris and he always gives us a good price and lets us just book for three hours which for us is enough. We have visited the camel park which is a really good laugh, there is a swimming pool at the park too and a restaurant with lovely food. You can pay extra to walk in the lemur enclosures, kids were loving doing that. We drove to Larnaca and visited the castle and Nicossia and went over the border to the Turkish side which was very interesting. Would so recommend Cyprus as a beautiful country to visit and Villa Atlantis is just such a beautiful relaxing and peaceful place to stay. The management company and Sue and Lance look after you so well. If you want an absolute stress free total relaxing holiday then this is definitely the place to stay. Huge thank you Sue and Lance for letting us stay in your beautiful villa.
