What makes this villa unique
The views are the best feature, there are sea views from all the rooms, downstairs and upstairs when you look out of the landing window its as if you are on a ship, all you can see is the turquoise Mediterranean!
The outside space is large, so there is plenty of sunbathing space, even with all the loungers, sofas, hammock and massive daybed, and outside dining table and chairs it is still not cramped.
The living area is very spacious, we did not want to put another bedroom downstairs as we wanted to keep the open plan feel, we often have two families staying at the villa as a group and they all say how nice it is to have their own space
The teenagers and kids love the den upstairs they can watch movies or play the Xbox or just chill and not have to put up with the parents!
The location is great, there are many bars and restaurants within walking distance. There is a regular bus service that is 1.50 euro if you don't want to drive. There is direct access to the nice sandy shallow beach. This has been designated a a conservation area so great for snorkelling and spotting fish and clear blue sea to swim in.

From start to finish staying at Atlantis Villa was a great experience, starting way before our visit Sue (the owner) was in contact making sure we could find our way to the property, sending details of the villa and suggestions/tips on some (of the many!) nearby bars and restaurants. And things to do locally. It was easy to find with the instructions Sue sent and a pleasant surprise to find the fridge has been stocked with a few food supplies and perhaps more importantly cold beer and wine was waiting in the fridge for us, another bonus there are two large fridges in the kitchen so we could store as much food as we needed in one and beer and wine in the other!! (Great idea Sue!!) The villa is set close to the sea and has unobstructed sea views, the rocky coastline is at most a 5 minute walk from the house, once on the coast there is a path going left to Ayia Triada beach or turning right you can walk along the coast all the way to Protaras and beyond maybe? Protaras was far enough for us!! As there were only four of us staying at the villa we had plenty of space, the furniture and fittings were all good quality and, not that you need them on holiday, there were TVs everywhere!!. With internet based TV and a large selection of films and TV programmes pre-stored. Outside space is also very good with a private pool and plenty of comfortable seating options outside, sunbeds, armchairs, swing seat etc etc there is a Villa next door on one side but it looks as though it has been empty for some time and certainly during our stay the outside space was very private, the other side of the villa looks out onto a farmers field. Definitely recommend this place and we will be booking again for next year.
This villa is in a lovely position facing the sea. It's a short walk out of the back gate to a small beach and access to the coast path to nearby resorts. We arrived in the evening and nipped out for a meal but didn't feel like shopping so it was nice to have some breakfast sorted for the next day. Welcome pack included bread, milk, butter and marmalade. Also a few beers to get you in the holiday mood! The owners Sue and Lance are very genuine and prompt to deal with and there is a lot of useful information in the villa for visitors.

For anyone starting to read this review, can I just say that in this age of scams around fake holidays and villas, Sue and Lance are the most honest, genuine owners I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. They have answered all my emails and even phoned me. They went the extra mile to sort out my towel problem when we had a late flight which I am grateful for. My advise is do not hestitate, they and the villa are the real deal. The pictures of the villa are true to life, the view is amazing and so peaceful, it truly is a home for home. The serenity was only interrupted with the pirate ship reenacting a minor sea battle with another ship once a day and the gentle chimes of the ice cream in the late afternoon. What I especially liked was the ‘store cupboard’ that previous guests had added to when they left and we were no exception to this. The aim on was excellent in all the bedrooms which was much needed in August, the inside space and was large and airy. The pool was cleaned twice a week, Gordon? Was a lovely man and couldn’t praise Sue and Lance for all the support they have given him in the past. We have a few niggles while we were there and needed to contact Tony (manager), he always replied quickly and came to sort out the problems. Once again he couldn’t praise Sue and Lance enough. We unfortunately lost the water supply one evening, when he arrived he even offered to take my son home with him to have he use of a shower, thank you Tony. The beds were just right and there were extra pillows if needed. There are plenty of sunloungers and the rocking chairs and swing were an instant hit. I highly recommend Novelo and Mojito restaurants in Pernera, but would advise booking as they are in xtremely popular. We only went on one trip and that was to Famagusta and Varoosha with the original red bus company, would highly recommend, all English speaking and even dropped us off at the top of our road.

The great experience we had staying at this villa started before we even got there. The information supplied by Sue and Lance was second to none, leaving nothing to chance, like directions from the airport idiot proof, where to shop for groceries, the many different beach options, restaurant recommendations and where to buy fresh fish direct from the boats. The villa itself was extremely well equipped with every consideration to make your stay comfortable, my wife especially liked the idea of extra linen to change beds and not have to take towls with us. The outside area was sizable with more than enough sun beds and seating area in the shade and great size pool, loads of inflatables were there to use with plenty of kids toys and snorkeling equipment. Inside was a massive downstairs area with 3 good size bedrooms with comfortable beds and a den area suitable for young children to sleep in. There was good Aircon in all the upstairs bedrooms. The beaches were lovely, with crystal clear water and very child friendly. You'll find plenty of great restaurants and bars within a 20-30 minute walk.
The villa is well located in a quiet residential area at the bottom of a cul de sac, it is close to a number of local amenenties that can be reached on foot, car, bus or taxi. The villa has a comprehensive information booklet with lots of hints and tips to help you have a very enjoyable stay. The villa is very well equipped with everything you might need and more for a chilled out stay. The outside space of the villa is amazing lots of areas for sunbathing, lounging, eating and of course swimming. The pool has amazing colour changing lights which are just mesmerising and hypnotic to watch at night and there are other fairly lights around the swing seat and the pagoda which just gives the villa a lovely ambience. The open uninterrupted views of the sea were great and there is a gate and path which takes you to the coastal path with lovely walks in both directions. We were a group of 6 - 3 mature couples and the villa ticked every box for us, WiFi and satellite tv was good. We recommend the Bakers Arms for the fantastic steak pie and this is within walking distance - turn right at the top of the cul de sac and then right again at the fork in the road. Really good food with very generous portions and both food and drink reasonably priced. We also recommend Mojitos in Pernera for breakfast very very good was just a shame we only found this restaurant at the end of our stay. We also booked a private trip to Famagusta and the ghost town we did this through Andreas, left his details in the information book and this was very good 150 Euros for our group of six. It was for four hours and he tailored the timings and order of what we visited to suit us. All in all we had a fabulous and relaxing time at the villa and we would definitely book again in the future. Many thanks to Sue and Lance who were brilliant at communicating with us before, during and after our stay.
Just had an amazing week at Atlantis. The views are amazing, it was so peaceful and there is everything you need at the villa. It was easy to find even in the dark. If your looking for a villa don't look any further you definitely won't go wrong with this one.

What an amazing place. So spacious yet homely. Beautiful large terrace and pool overlooking the sea. Lots of little thoughtful things to make your stay easier. Peaceful but close to lots of towns. Friendly people, great food and snorkelling. We will be back next year
Loved the villa, it was spacious and private. It was easy to find even in the dark.
Nice little beach just up the road, very central for Protaras.
We would definitely recommend it and would definitely return.

What a beautiful, well maintained and well equipped villa. We were given lots of information about the villa and area by the owner who couldn't do enough for us before we arrived, and there was lots more waiting for us!! The villa is modern, air conditioned and furnished/equipped to a very high standard. It's very clean. The pool and terrace are beautiful with lots of furniture to use and a superb view out to sea. There are 2 BBQs and we had a few nights in cooking and enjoying a beer in the perfect weather. The location was spot on for us - a short bus ride away from the busier Protaras and it's bar/restaurants but in quiet a quiet spot with a pub and a few restaurants within easy walking distance. It took us about 10 mins slow walking to each little bay/beach and they were absolutely beautiful. You will not want for anything if you stay at Atlantis Villa. This was our first villa holiday and it'll be difficult to beat!!
Great place to stay. Nice clean villa, three comfortable bedrooms. Two bathrooms. Great swimmingpool and nice poolarea. Good communication with owner and local support. Perfectly located to go to the beach, Ayia Napa and many other places. 45 Minutes from the airport. Adorable one-eyed cat mentioned in other reviews made us a company too. Enjoy!
"Thank you so much for your kind review, Im so pleased that you had a nice time and that you enjoyed "one eyes" company, she is a bit of a fuss pot and it does not take long for her to come and say hello to our guests. However if you dont want her around she soon gets the message and finds other holiday makers to make friends with."

Our second stay at atlantis, having stayed for our wedding last year, we have stayed at many villas over our years in Cyprus, and this definitely tops them all. Everything you need is catered for, no having to go out and buy everything like washing up products, laundry products just top up before Ieave. Villa is very clean and well maintained, owner sue is great and nothing is too much trouble. You can't beat waking up to see a sunrise on the balcony and watching the boats go about their business, trips, fishing etc. Total relaxation. I have to say we did eat out a lot, well you have to try all the recommended restaurants don't you, we tried pinia for the first time this year great food and great prices too, slightly less than your usual tourist areas, kalamies we went for our anniversary meal as we had our wedding dinner there last year, a bit more expensive but you can't beat the view and the food is amazing. We also visited troodos for the first time this year, highly recommended, we used the same guy we went with on a jeep safari last year and the sights were breathtaking. Another amazing stay at atlantis and we will be returning in October. Book this villa you will not be disappointed, I highly recommend great place and great owners
HI Suzanne Thank you so much for a brillaint review and for the tips on the restuarants. Im so pleased that you ventured up to the Troodos Mountains like you say they are pretty spectacular. We look forward to welcoming you back in October, like they say you can not get too much of a good thing! Kind Regards Sue

Just return from an amazing week stay here. What can I say .... wow the villa is totally amazing the view are stunning. We made use of the well equipped BBQ. The snorkelling gear was a nice touch. The lights in the pool where great for a late night drip. We loved our daily visits from the tabby cat. We named her ‘squeak’ one if the friendless I’ve ever met.
"HI Paul Just to say thank you for your fantastic feedback . So pleased you made use of the BBQs and snorkling gear, we think it just saves on you going out and buying some, thank you for looking after squeak. Our guests call her many different names! We call her one eye for obvious reasons! Look forward to welcoming you all back soon Kind Regards Sue"

Not only a great location, right next to the sea with amazing views, but a lovely villa to stay in as well. Plenty of chairs and resting places, BBQ, showers, big umbrella for the sun, air-conditioning, matching plates and a good kitchen. Nice and quiet, away from the town's but only a short car journey away to anywhere you'd like to go. Looking forward to coming here again!

Third time at the villa and can't wait to go back again!! With stunning views and everything you need, the villa is perfect for everyone. Located in a wonderful area, central to all facilities, amazing restaurants and great places to visit. Bringing back more happy memories of a warm, relaxing holiday. We even had an extra guest - a small, friendly tabby cat which has made the villa her home and just loves to visit around breakfast and tea time to say hello!!

We had the pleasure of staying here for 3 weeks. The villa is really spacious and is bigger than it looks on the photos. It literally has everything you could ever want or need. The outside space and pool is second to none. It's very peaceful and quiet but ideally situated as only mins to Paralimni and a few more to Protaras. The bars and restaurants in both were lovely - tried lots and never had a bad meal. We rented a beach buggy which was fab and drove up into the mountains and also a boot for a few hours which was great. Sue and Lance have been exellent from the first initial enquiry up to our return and nothing's a bother - they helped us with car hire which you don't really need if you don't mind getting the bus which is just at the top. Overall a perfect place to stay and I could have quite happily stayed there!
Great Villa in a Fantastic location. walking distance to a couple of beaches, small supermarkets and a handful of places to eat. the bus stops just at the top of the cul-de-sac which will take you pretty much anywhere for one euro fifty. the villa is clean and has everything you could possibly need and more All in all a great place to stay, thanks Sue
"HI I am so pleased you had a nice holiday and made the most of the little bus that runs every half hour, it runs into the early hours so great for those who want to have an evening out. Look forward to welcoming you back again soon Sue"
I booked the villa as we were attending a wedding at the nearby Golden Coast Hotel. Between booking and attending, I fell pregnant and therefore didn't attend myself as we had a newborn. However, the owner Sue was an absolute pleasure to deal with, providing me with detailed information for our booking and answering all my queries no matter how small! My friends said the villa was amazing and only a 15min walk to the hotel for the wedding. We hope to stay in the future as a family

WONDERFUL VILLA AND HOLIDAY
Left on Jul 31, 2017 for a stay in Jul 2017
The villa is just as it is shown in the pictures. Some of the trees have grown slightly but the view from the pool area is unbelieveable. looking out to the sea where boats sail up and down past. I agree with all the other reviews. This villa is wonderful from start to finish. It is like a home away from home. Well equipped for everything from cups and plates to sky and wi-fi access and all things in between. Our family stayed here recently (3 teenage girls). We enjoy a lovely place to stay each day by the pool or to retreat to each evening after a busy day in town or at the beach. The two beaches mentioned are close by and within easy walking distance - both are lovely and have sunbeds and umbrella's for hire. We like to eat out each night and there is a regular bus with a stop close by which takes you into either Pernera or Protaras. It goes to Ayia Napa as well if you want. The choice of places to eat in both areas is lovely. There are a couple of places to eat just close to the bus stop and both are very nice. Sue really helped in every way from the moment I made the initial inquiry. She telephoned me to discuss the villa etc with me. She told me lots of information about the villa and also about flight operators, airport transfers and car rental. Everything she recommended worked out fine and we had no problems at all. There is lots of information in the villa of things to do whilst there. We decided to do various bits and pieces but the highlight was when we booked an overnight stay in Troodos Mountains at a B & B Sue recommended rather than travelling back to the villa. Thank you Sue for EVERYTHING you did for us and I will be recommending you to any family and friends singing your praises of both yourself and your wonderful villa in every way. We really do hope to return in the future and would have no hesitation in staying here.
"Hi Joanne Thank you so much for your brilliant review! It was a pleasure dealing with you and no need to thank me its all part of the service. If I can help I will. Im so pleased that you enjoyed your stay at Atlantis Villa, Also that you took the opportunity to go and visit the Troodos Mountains. We very much look forward to welcoming you back again. Kind Regards Sue"
Great place to stay, lovely views and so peaceful at night
Left on Jul 5, 2017 for a stay in Jun 2017
Very little light pollution at the villa and so you can see all the stars at night (seen 3 shooting stars). Shops within 5 to 10 mins walk. I didn't drive while there but handy bus at the top of the road running every 20 mins or so to near by Pernera or Protaras a bit further on or take the bus in the opposite direction to Ayia Napa. The walk along the coast from the villa to Pernera is lovely though (did it several times).
"HI Im so pleased that you managed to see the shooting stars, I must admit the sky is pretty amazing at night. Im pleased that you used the new coastal path to Pennera, its so much nicer than using the road. Look forward to welcoming you back to Atlantis Villa anytime. Kind Regards Sue"
Me and my partner were getting married in Cyprus and looked at a lot of villas, we particularly liked the look of this villa but looking at the dates, sadly were already booked,i sent an enquiry on the off-chance it may be cancelled, i received a phone call from the owner we chatted for quite a while and she was actually due to stay on the dates, but would cancel their stay so we could go instead which was lovely, Sue was very helpful and went above and beyond,it was like speaking to someone you have known for years. It's obvious the owners are proud of their home and rightly so. Over the months communication was excellent, Sue helped recommending restaurants for wedding meal, searched for car rentals for my son, this was above and beyond what you would expect and much appreciated. Upon arrival villa was spotless, everything as described and a great welcome pack, only something we had twice in renting villas. Good location between pernera and kapparis (Kennedy avenue) a slow walk will take around 25 mins up to the pig n whistle. Villa definitely the best we stayed in, everything has been thought of,plenty of kitchen items, cool bags and blocks for picnics, parasols to take beach, beach towels, the watercooler was a great bonus. Plenty of pool toys, arm bands etc for little ones, snorkels, and a pump inflate them. Villa very spacious inside and out with fantastic views, ocean views from every room and the sunrise on balcony is amazing.we only used air con before bed as having the doors open in the day let's in a lovely breeze, it can get quite windy late afternoon and a bit of debris and dust blows around but this is expected being close to fields and the sea. Pool cleaned a few times a week, unlimited wifi, English TV, stereo /ipod dock, cds films box sets on all tvs upstairs Everything you could need has been covered Inc travel cot and highchair for toddlers. We had a perfect stay, the only bad part was leaving, you have to stay in this villa to appreciate the hard work that's been put in, you won't be disappointed. Please look out for the resident stray one eye, lovely little kitty, i offered to feed her for the owner, having cats myself, I miss her.
"Dear Mr and Mrs Congratulations, thank you so much for the loverly review and for my fantastic bouquet! You really shouldnt have but very much appreciated! It was a pleasure and Im so pleased that you had such a loverly time and a fantastic wedding. We very much look forward to welcoming you back again soon. Sue + Lance"
5 of 5 My family and myself 3 Adult and 2 children (11/12) spent an amazing week at the Villa which is well located to access other areas and the local beach. It sits proudly at the end of a private cul-de-sac and has the most amazing see views a real peaceful retreat. We were not disappointed the Villa was spacious, well maintained and clean. The facilities provided everything you need for an enjoyable and relaxed stay, "home from home" When we arrived (which was late) there was a welcome pack of staples which we very much appreciated. The swimming pool provided so much fun for the family and their was an array of inflatables. There is plenty of sun beds and a plethora of garden furniture which we used for our Al Fresco dining, great atmosphere in the evening with the little lights on. There is great internet access and an Xbox which my 12 your old grandson enjoyed at times. We used the local bus 6 euros one way and this facilitated us going to Pennera, Protarus and Paralimini, however we did use local taxis at time which varied between 8-12 Euros one way depending on time and it is good to agree a price before you embark on your journey. The restraunt a short walk from the villa the Country House Pub was closed the week we were there but there are so many other choices that it was not a problem. The local supermarket sells most things. The beach a short walk away is a Sandy Cove beautiful and pretty with a couple of restraunts on the costal path. We enjoyed our trip on the Famous Red Bus to Famagusta and Varosha, this represented good value and the hosts Alan and Clive were knowlegable and fun. We also attended the Flower Festival in Protarus which had a real carnival feel. There is lots of information at the Villa which helps to orientate you to the area and is full of suggestions from other guests on activities, local restraunts etc. The team who look after the villa are on hand if you have any problems or you need any help. We had neither but reassuring to know there is someone you can contact. Last but not least - The Customer Service and Booking Process - I cannot speak highly enough of both Sue and Lance who made everything so easy. I had many questions before departure and all were answered fully. Sue even found me a hairdresser (Marion) who came to the villa to style my hair for a wedding I was attending. Both Sue and Lance went above and beyond what would be expected from a holiday booking and we look forward to a return stay.
"HI Kate Thank you so much for this fantastic review, Im sure our future guests will find this useful Im pleased that you explored the island and enjoyed the wedding. As for your comments it was a pleasure and we look forward to welcoming you back very soon. Kind Regards" Sue
i booked the atlantis villa for my wife birthday and daughters wedding, there where six adults and four kids.the villa was brilliant it was plenty big enought for us all and you didnot want for anything, sue and lance had thought of everything.we have been to cyprus a few times the last twice staying in protaras so it was nice to stay away from there in a lovely peaceful area.beaches near by and restaurants.good bus service runs every 15 mins doing round trip to napa.but i would say a car is a must if you want to explore this lovely island.
"Hi Guys Im so pleased you enoyed the Villa, we do try and equipe it so that everything is catered for. Im so pleased the wedding went off well. We look forward to welcoming you all back again soon. Kind Regards Sue"

Hi Sue We are back home and already missing Cyprus and the lovely weather. I hope it is still hot and sunny for you this week. We really enjoyed our stay in Atlantis Villa. We have been to Cyprus many times but this was our first visit for six years, it was lovely to be back. We always used to stay in hotels but did stay in a villa last time we were there and found it much more relaxing. Your villa is in a beautiful position with amazing views. It is also so quiet and not overlooked like so many villas advertised. It was very well equipped, I don't like to do much cooking whilst on holiday but anything you could ask for was there. An amazing selection of plates glasses etc. There was plenty to see on the tv with dvds and the media player. The washing machine was useful for washing swimwear and we also washed the beach towels a couple of times too. The bedrooms were all lovely and the beds really comfortable. We particularly liked the pool and patio area, this was larger than most villas and as I mentioned before hardly overlooked at all. We were visited a few times by Ginger the lovely dog from next door! He is so friendly. There are plenty of sunbeds and chairs to relax in, Iwan especially liked the rockers! We ate out several times in Pernera, our favourite restaurant being Kalamies, their seabass is possibly the best I have had. We also went into Ayia Napa several times as there are places there we have been going to for years. It was nice to have a bar within walking distance and we went a few times on our way back from eating out. It was also a good place to watch the rugby! Our daughter and her boyfriend spent more time there than we did! We would definitely be interested in a return visit to Atlantis when we next go to Cyprus either next year or the year after. The only thing we found that was a little difficult was having just the one key as we didn't always all go out and come back at the same time. I wondered if it would be possible to have a second key, not necessarily with another key fob, then if the girls and their partners were out later than us they could use the spare key to get in when they came back. We had a great time and were sorry to leave but hope to return Thank you for your excellent directions and general organisation, it could not have been better! Regards Sharon
"Hi Sharon Thank you for your very informative review, Im sure our future guests will find it really useful. I take on board your comment about the one key and we have installed an outdoor key safe to sort this out. Look forward to welcoming you back again"

The owners are amazing too and so helpful if you need anything. I would highly recommend this villa and would definitely go back!
HI Thank you so much for your fantastic review, and kind words about us! Im pleased that you enjoyed the amazing sea views, they are pretty special, look forward to welcoming you back to Atlantis another time.
Just returned from a two week stay in Atlantis villa Cyprus. Already missing the place!!! Second stay at Atlantis and it was just what we remembered if not better. Lovely big spacious villa, there was 9 of us altogether and didn't feel on top of each other at all. The cottage pub become our regular and they serve the best chips! Beautiful beaches nearby and lovely friendly people in the local supermarket and pub. All of us had a fantastic time and I'm sure we will return for our third stay sometime in the future. Bettinson family Stayed from 31st July to 14th August 2016.
"Hello the Bettinson Family So pleased you thought the villa was better than last time. We do try and make improvements. Im glad you found the local pub. George and his family are really good fun. I must admit I have never had a cocktail in a pint glass, great measures but he did pretty it up with a few brollys! We look forward to welcoming you all back again soon Kind Regards Sue"

We have stayed in various villas in Penera and found that this one was almost on par with a couple of others we have stayed in. It states that it is a 4 bedroom villa but the 4th bedroom is only part of the upstairs landing converted to be used as the 4th bedroom and you would struggle to use it as such. The outside pool area is large and the pool is ok although we had to keep cleaning it due to the constant wind blowing rubbish all over the area and this wind also blew the umbrella into the pool twice, also more shade is required because there is nothing apart from the smallish umbrella to protect you from the sun. A good location with sea views but you would need a car to get around, close to the supermarkets, Metro 5mis is the best also there is a reasonably priced discount shop on Kaparis 5mins and a Lidl 10 mins away in Protaras. All in all we enjoyed our holiday at the Atlantis villa.
Thank you for your review and we are pleased that overall you enjoyed your stay at the villa. With regards to the climate, there are seating areas at the front of the villa where guests can enjoy the shade and escape the sun if they need to. Many of our guests enjoy the 4th sleeping area particularly teenagers who make full use of the large flat screen TV and X Box. We always inform guests about the den, however as you did not have a need for it and only required the 3 bedrooms it was not necessary. Although a car is useful there is a great public transport service in the area - details of which are in the visitor information folder at the villa Alot of our guests have enyoyed the local bars and restuarants that are within walking distance of the Villa but the bus service runs at least every half an hour and takes you through the main strips of Pennera, Protarus and Ayia Nappa and runs up to 4 am if you are night owls! We hope these points did not spoil your holiday and hope to see you back again in the future.
Just back from visiting Atlantis Villa and have to say it was really great and we all had a wonderful time . The location is lovely with real privacy around the large pool area, with plenty of sun beds for everyone, but still close enough to walk to restaurants in the evening for something to eat. It has everything you could wish for and the all important wifi for the kids, which was a god send with two teenagers who even managed to stay connected around the pool. We looked through your villa handbook and found a great few restaurants that you recommend and the local butchers and bakery were amazing, came in very useful when we had bbq's in the evening. It was lovely to have the unspoilt sea view from the entire back of the villa. The kitchen was well equipped and the stocked dry goods cupboard was a really lovely touch with all the basics and herbs and spices to use saved a lot of wastage. The living area was very spacious and comfortable, we have stayed in lots of villas over the years and when they advertise tv's with english channels we normally find about three, but your selection was fantastic and all the movies were a great added bonus. Thanks so much for answering all my questions before we travelled, it made the whole experience a lot easier. Would highly recommend your villa and will no doubt be back in the future. Zara
"Hi Zara So pleased you had a good holiday and that you liked the privacy that the villa offers. Even better that the kids were happy with the Wifi! Great that you found the restaurants that are within walking distance of the Villa.. The store cupboard does work well we find there is nothing more annoying at haveing to buy herbs and the basics, that would just get thrown out by previous guests, it helps everyone and like you say stops wastage. So pleased that you enjoyed the films and box set from the media player and satalite, when you fancy a night in at least there is somthing decent to watch. You and your family are more than welcome to come back , we look forward to hearing from you Sue"
Had a wonderful time at sues villa had everything you needed for the children was a lovely area had a nice friendly pub at the end of the road called cottage pub. The beach close by was beautiful. Will definitly be booking up again
"HI Natalie Thank you for our reveiew, really pleased you enjoyed the beach, its a dedicated marine conservation area, so great for kids and snorlking, Glad you liked the local, they are a friendly family and with the garden nice to sit outside. Look forward to welcoming you and the family back soon. Sue"
A great base for a family holiday. The owners gave us lots of information before our departure so we were fully prepared and able to get on with enjoying our holiday as soon as we arrived. The villa was very well equipped with everything we needed and is in a lovely peaceful location. The pool and outside spaces are great and we enjoyed the beaches nearby. We hired a car to explore further afield but because the weather was so beautiful, our days were spent on the beach (Konnos, Nissi and Fig Tree Bay as well as the local beaches) at Waterworld (excellent and very quiet at this time of year) and on a boat trip. We tried lots of the local restaurants as well as making use of the brilliant BBQ at the villa. It was our first visit to the island and a week was not enough, so we will be back to explore more of beautiful Cyprus soon!
Hi Lindsey thank you so much for your review Im so pleased you and the family enjoyed Cyprus and had a fab holiday. Look forward to welcoming you back soon
Myself, husband and two adult children[ ages 27 and 23 ] had a most enjoyable two week stay. Booked it through Owners Direct and contacted by Sue who explained everything and made the process very simple. The villa is luxurious and the generosity of the owners is illustrated by what they offer, food cupboard stocked with basics, tea sugar, spices, cereal etc. As well as this they show their consideration by including such things as beach towels, free air con, multi media with dvds and films galore, not too mention all the information left at the villa with 'where to eat ' recommendations, how to travel, car hire, taxi numbers, local buses as well as credit on a mobile phone left to make inexpensive local calls. The villa is in a tranquil spot with terrific sea views and the outside space with dining area, barbecue, loungers not too mention the lovely pool has everything you could possibly need. On our last day, as there was no immediate occupancy, we were able to stay in the villa until time to leave for the airport. Ayia Triada, where the villa is located is a quiet resort. It has lovely beaches within easy walking distance. For eating out there are a few local restaurants but the choice and quality of food at eateries in Pernera was excellent and most nights we caught local buses, which run very frequently and stop only a few 100 metres away and for 1.5 Euros will take you along the coast through Pernera, Protarus, Ayia Napa and run throughout the day and night. Also the taxis are very cheap and numerous. One recommendation would be to use ' Go rent a car'- Sue gave us their details. The cars are not new but reliable, you can book online and you dont get hassled to pay any extra excess, you only pay the price they quote. We hired the car for the full length of our stay, were met by their rep, pick up and drop off the car at Larnaca airport. I like to think I give honest reviews and this is the first review where I have nothing negative to say. Thankyou Sue.
"Hi Jen Thank you so much for being great guests. Your always welcome, see you next year. Sue and Lance"
Wonderful stay in Atlantis Villa

We are having a wonderful holiday in this fabulous villa. When we arrived we couldn't believe how large it was. It is very well equipped and provides everything we need. The sea view is a definite plus but we like to spend our days around the pool or at one of the nearby beaches at either Ayia Triada or Sirena Bay. We have hired a car in order to get around the island but there is a bus stop close to the villa.
Hi We are so pleased you had a nice time, and that you liked the Villa. Hope to see you again very soon. Kind Regards Sue
Atlantis is everything you could ever want! Luxurious, spacious, contemporary, well equipped and in a great sea front location. You won't be disappointed. I'm a multi returner!!
Hi Jenny Thank you for your fantastic feedback, more impotantly for being such great guests. We love having you and the family to stay. Hopefully see you next year!!!

Lance and Sue, the owners, were brilliant from start to finish. I chose the villa on the back of previous reviews and everything was as expected if not better. Lance and Sue have thought of every possible need you could have. The Pool I was the right size, very secluded but with great sea views, across a couple of farmers fields. There was lots of deck chairs and inflatables to use in the pool. The table with large umbrellas was a welcome relief from the sun. The House Great location at the end of a very quite cul de sac, the air conditioning was needed and worked well, quickly cooling the house. The kitchen facilities had everything you needed, huge fridge, good cooker and a great view of the pool. The gas BBQ next to the pool was great, The kids loved the Xbox360 which had more games than you could ever play in two weeks. The media centre movies and tv series went down well also. Other info There are books in the house with various guest recommendations over the past few years. We choose all the restaurants and beaches to go to from them. The directions to the villa provided by Sue were great and easy to follow. the welcome included everything you need including many ice cold beers! We had a rental car and although you could get around with the bus, in the stinking hot summer the car was great. The local restaurants in Pernera are a 10 minute drive, although you could walk in ten minutes to at least 10 restaurants and a couple of minimarts. The restaurants were very good value The house has beach umbrella's, beach towels, cool bags and ice packs, everything you need for a day at the beach. That said all the beaches we visited had public sunbeds and umbrellas for rent and at only €2.50 per day each. Conclusion If you are looking for a great villa, near great beaches, in a quiet location but not far from loads of restaurants than chose Villa Atlantis, Sue and Lance care about their guests enjoying themselves and they will look after you best they can!
"Thank you so much for such a brilliant and informative review, Im sure guests will find this really useful. We are so pleased that you enoyed your stay at Atlantis Villa. Im pleased the kids enjoyed the Xbox and the Media Player and you found lots of good restaurants to go to from our our guests tips in the welcome book. Hope to see you back again soon. Kind Regards Sue + Lance"

Hi Helen Thank you so much for your wonderful poem. I must admit its a first to have a poem review, and one thats so good! look forward to welcoming you back again soon! Kind Regards Sue
Atlantis villa is situated in the perfect location at the end of a small quiet cul-de-sac. It has fantastic sea views, so relaxing to watch the sea and boats go by and outdoors has large seated area (plenty of comfort!) and a good sized pool. It was extremely well equipped with everything you could wish for and very clean and comfortable. It is in a great place to explore the area by car, foot (beaches within easy walking distance!) and local bus. Protarus and Paralimni not far away and a trip to the Troodos mountains was wonderful. Excellent places to eat nearby too! Though gas BBQ available to use by pool! All in all this was a fantastic holiday in perfect accommodation!
"HI Really please that you had a nice time, and that you managed to use the New Gas BBQ. We do have a traditional Cypriot BBQ but some of our regular guests suggested that a Gas BBQ would be nice, and your right the sea views do help the chef!"
If you are looking for a spacious, well maintained holiday home with everything your little heart desires for a great getaway - look no further! Well positioned (2mins trot to a lovely swimming bay and pleasant coastal walks) with good quality eateries nearby, the Atlantis Villa is in a beautiful part of Cyprus and a good base for visiting many attractions and beauty spots nearby. The Villa is roomy and light, tastefully furnished with comfortable bedrooms and plenty of space to relax in. Outside there is a nice pool and lots of room for al fresco eating, star gazing or just chilling on sunbeds, a swing and even a bamboo chaise lounge! Sue and Lance have thought of everything with 'in house' entertainment for all the family, toys and games for the kids and well stocked kitchenalia for any budding chefs out there! Their comms during the booking period was second to none and they clearly go a long way to make this a fabulous home from home that I recommend in a heart beat.
Hi Thank you so much for your brillant review, we will take up your suggestion to get a star chart so you can pick out the Constellation’s when star gazing. We look forward to welecoming you back to Atlantis villla again. Regards Sue
Great location, especially with a hire car, to all the beaches around and about. Villa was very well equipped, and laid out. I would recommend the double room with balcony to be "sold" as the master, as we lost out to a teenager who nabbed it, and we had the second bedroom with the ensuite (which was a little tight fiting!). Views are great, and maps supplied by Sue gave us the start points we needed, along with the recommendations in the visitor book. We found the Blue Spice restaurant with its free pool and great food indispensable, in Pernera. Watersports we did at the little bay down the road of "Le Cygne" restaurant, cheap and very friendly. Didnt realise the cleaners only did bathrooms and beds, and towel swaps, so I would have swept up more if so!! Very good pool cleaning service, helpful and polite. great selection of films on offer, although we couldnt get the media player working without streaming breakdowns. The only thing i would say was missing, and this is nitpicking, is an outside loo, as the tiles are slippy round the pool, and with 4 kids, the lounge got a little slippy too at times. Oh, and the table tennis table is not functional, as we found when trying to unfold it, much to my youngest's dismay. I would rent this villa again if I went back to Cyprus, great service when booking and it had all we wanted and more.
"HI Im so pleased that you enjoyed the villa, sorry about you loosing out to your teenager for the larger room with the balcony, but I guess there is always the boot option!LOL I have taken on board your comments, can not do anything about the outside loo, but we do have some none slip matting, so will ask our managers to put that out so it can be put down to stop risk of slipping. We look forward to welcoming you back again Sue"
Just returned from a week long stay at Atlantis Villa with friends & we loved every minute of it! There were 6 of us in total (aged 21-25) & the villa had everything we could ask for! The private pool was a godsend in the hot weather (35-40degrees) & the Xbox gave us girls some much needed peace with the boys spending a few hours a day on Fifa! There are 2 lovely beaches within walking distance - one at Aiya Triada which is fairly quiet & laid back (10min walk turning right out of the villa), one near the Golden Coast Hotel which is busier with beach games & watersports (25min walk along the costal path). There are also a few bars within walking distance, although the majority of places need to be driven to. There is a bus stop a few minutes walk away but we always used Go Taxis as their prices were very reasonable with fantastic & prompt service. We ate out a few times but also did a lot of cooking at the villa - the outdoor BBQ is perfect for doing lunch & the kitchen is very well equipped with all utensils, pots & pans. Jan & Sue who manage the villa along with their husbands are extremely helpful. We had a minor issue with the temperature of the freezer (if it is filled & left open for more than a few minutes or opened regularly the temperature drops & takes a few hours to correct itself) which they offered advice on over the phone & called back the next morning to check all was ok. They also looked after our luggage for us on our last day as we had to vacate the villa by 11am but weren't leaving until the evening - they took our bags then dropped them back to us at Bar 88 later in the afternoon, it's was much appreciated! Sue (owner of the villa) was very helpful from my first enquiry until returning yesterday. It made the whole booking very easy! I would recommend the villa to everyone & will definitely return in the near future. Thank you Sue!!
"Im so pleased you enjoyed your stay and were able to get a few BBQs in. Ash has sorted out the fridge, mind you he did say that it may have been the number of times the lads opened the door for a beer!lol I will keep the mint toped up ready for your next stay and a few Mojitos!"
Having stayed in other Villas in the area, we found Atlantis Villa the best by far, very well equipped with nothing forgotten. The views are just wonderful and you could sit all day and watch the boats going past from the comfort of the abundant furniture outside. The pool was just heaven when the temperatures rose and was cleaned twice during our weeks stay. Sue and Jan were very helpful and attended to any query immediately. We hired a car from Julianna car rental in Kapparris who were very easy to deal with and collected and returned us to the airport. The neighbours who are mostly Cypriot were very friendly when we saw them but mostly had the place to ourselves. Plenty of really good eating places in the village and surrounding areas. All in all we had a most enjoyable stay and will definitely be back.
"Hi We are so pleased you had a nice time, It is relaxing watching the boats go by. I look forward to welcoming you back again, hopefully for a longer stay next time"
Well this is the second time we have been to the villa and it was first class the first time and first class the second. The difference in the second time there were some new sofas which were great for evening time. Kids loved being there we loved it. Recommendations in the book were great again found new places to eat. Jan and sue were great as always and help me big time. They are great we have been talking about going out there again and getting others to come with us. Bar 88 meals are great hint bar 88 burger is massive.
"Hi Sam So pleased you enjoyed your second stay with us. Im pleased you liked our new addition of nice comfy sofas to sit outside and enjoy a glass of veno in the evening. We will see you next year!"
Perfect Villa, well eqiped with everything you need

Ideal holiday location. Lovely clean, spacious villa. Super views. We had the most perfect holiday :)
"Hi Thank you for your comments, Im so pleased you enjoyed the villa and of course the views. Look forward to welcoming you back next year"
The booking process with Sue and Lance was so smooth and the providing excellent information in advance of us arriving in Cyprus and at the villa itself. We have stayed at many villas in Cyprus and this is by far the best. It is equipped with absolutely everything you could ever need. There is a games room, a massive DVD library, books, fabulous outdoor space, wifi etc, the list goes on and on We are definitely going to book again for 2015 and would recommend this villa as your first choice if you are considering a visit to Cyprus/ Many thanks Sue and Lance
Lovely spacious villa, very well equipped. Peacefully situated. We had a lovely holiday with our three children who enjoyed the swimming pool and outdoor space. Beautiful beaches within easy reach as were bars and restaurants. The owners were extremely helpful and we hope to return again shortly. Highly recommended.
"Hi Thank you so much for your response, We area really pleased you enjoyed the Villa and the kids enjoyed the pool. Look forward to welcoming you back soon. Kind Regards Sue + Lance"
Just got back from yet another wonderful relaxing stay at the Villa! This time, It had even more additions added such as a varied herb garden (came in really handy with the BBQ'S) the Internet Access was very useful too, not having to search for an Internet Cafe, as well as the use of a Mobile Phone!! The owners have thought of everything! Having stayed a couple of times at this Villa, we are looking forward to coming out again this year! it's more than 'home from home' in what the Villa has to offer that we stayed many a night in, although there are plenty of restaurants & bars nearby, the Villa was a complete chill-out we didn't want to leave! Thanks Sue & Lance for all your help, as usual, and the lovely welcome pack we received on arrival. Missing the wonderful sea-views!!! :(
"Hi Caroline, Welcome back. Im pleased you liked our little additions, lets hope the herbs thrive so you can use them for your next BBQ at Atlantis!! Good to hear that the WIFI worked out well for you and your party as its the first year we have had this. Look forward to welcoming you and the family back soon Sue + Lance"

Just to say that our family had a fantastic time at the Atlantis Villa. The house is a great size and both of our boys - 12 & 14 - really enjoyed the xbox room and the abundance of tvs!! I think I counted seating for 27 outside which gives an idea of the huge grounds the house sits within. Everything you could want or need was thought about inside with the towels being a great bonus. We all had a great holiday and look forward to booking Atlantis in the future. Jo, Phil, Lewis and Ben
"Hi Jo We are so pleased you enjoyed the Villa, the amount of outside space does make all the difference and we like to give our guests a choice of sunbeds, daybeds, hamocks and sofas so you have a choice when enjoying the views! We look forward to welcoming you all back next year."
Just returned from a very enjoyable and relaxing week in Atlantis Villa. We have been on several villa holidays and this is by far one of, if not the, best one we've had. The villa has everything you need and more and the location, with sea views is great. It is very hot in August, but the sea breezes help to keep it bearable. The sea is within easy walking distance and my children preferred not to swim from the beaches, which can get quite busy in August, but from the rocks and a small sand strip just 5 mins from the villa. This was our first trip to Cyprus and the Cypriots were lovely and all very welcoming. A pity we couldn't have stayed longer!Thank you, Sue & Lance, for thinking of everything to make this a thoroughly enjoyable holiday.
"Welcome Back Im pleased you found out the secret rock and sand strip for swimming and the bonus is you get it all to yourselves! Its also great for snorkling. Thank you for your fantastic comments we are really pleased that you enjoyed it and you thought it was the best villa you have ever stayed in. Thank you Kind Regards Sue + Lance"
We have just returned home from a two week stay at Atlantis villa!!!!! Loved it, the villa is beautiful and peaceful, it has everything in it you could possibly need or want, it is very spacious but has loads of furniture. This is the first time we have stayed in a villas and we found it truly relaxing, there was myself and my husband my 3 year old daughter and my sister and brother in law. I am usually ready to go home by the end of a two week holiday but here I could of stayed for another week I really did not want to go home and my husband felt the same! Although it is a little out of the way from the main resorts of penera and protaros they are easily excessed either by bus (very regular and 1.5 euro however far you go)! Or by taxi ( ask how much before you go or you will get charged 10 euros every time)! We went in some lovely places to eat and drink and everyone was friendly. We came to Cyprus 9 years ago and although there are a lot of new things around the place is as nice as it was all those years ago. We will be returning to Cyprus and to Atlantis villa in the future Marie, Lee & Ruby Bettinson
"Marie and Lee Thank you for your kind comments,I must admit we are the same. We never want to come home!! We are looking forward to welcoming you back next year. Kind Regards Sue"
This villa is spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The villa was really easy to get to from the airport, and having a car meant we could travel further afield to some of the recommended restaurants and beaches. The folders with reviews and recommendations from previous guests were really helpful, as was Sue, and the team who look after the villa. It is perfectly positioned, just a field between it and the sea. This ensures a wonderful view, and wonderful breezes to counteract the heat. It is in a quiet location, but reaching beaches, shops and restaurants can be done on foot. We loved having our own pool, and barbecue. Our sons were very impressed at having an x-box, with lots of choice of games. We recommend Kapparis for its lovely beach and good restaurants. Also Konnos Bay, where you can float your sunbed out to sea! Cyprus was a lovely, friendly place to holiday, and we would love to do it all again soon!
"Hi Hilary Im really pleased you enjoyed your stay at Atlantis. I must admit most of our guests can not beleive how close we are to the sea. Great that the boys were kept happy with the Xbox and the pool. Happy kids makes for a relaxing holiday. We hope to see you back again soon Thank you for your comments we hope to see you againg soon. Sue"
Had spent a week with small children. The house was perfect, with everything you need not just for a summer holiday but also for spring vacations. The location is perfect for those preferring natural and quiet environment (seaview and the noise of the sea, flowers and birds) instead of living in the center of nightlife. we loved it very much!
"I am so pleased you and your family enjoyed your spring break with us.The flowers are loverly at this time of year. I know it is always a worry with very small children so Im pleased that the Villa lived up to your expectations. We hope to entice you back from Hungary again soon!"
The villa has everything you could need in terms of facilities and is in a great location close to the sea. Restaurants nearby. An easy drive from Larnaca and from there to the mountains and historic sites. We were there in March when most of the nightlife hasn't got going which was great for us but the nightlife is easy to get to if that's what you are looking for. Recommend a visit to Cape Greco for a walk along the rocky headland. In Larnaca the orthodox church of St Lazarus is well worth a visit if you like icons and the seafront is lined with great cafes and restaurants. Near Limassol/ Lemosos the roman site of Kurion is well worth the drive.
"Thank you for your comments and tips on historic sites nearby. The weather is great at this time of year for site seeing. Im pleased that you enjoyed your stay at the Villa and hope to see you return again very soon."
We had a fab time in this villa plenty big enough with lovely views from all rooms of the villa very clean with a very nice welcome pack in walking distance to bars restaurant and beach and only few minutes in the car to other restaurants and beaches my son of 17 loved the xbox!! kept him happy!! lovely terrace bbq and pool area thanks very much for a great week denise collison and family ( 7 of us )
"Hi Denise Thank you for your comments, pleased you liked the welcome pack, its good to know that our guests appreciate a glass of wine, beer or just a cuppa when they arrive. Happy, 17 year old makes for a Happy holiday!"
Was not entirely sure what to expect from Cyprus in general and from Altlantis Villa in particular. What we found was a beautiful Island just a short flight away, with all of our needs catered for through the thoughtful and helpful tips from the Villa's owners and a stay in a top quality extremely well positioned villa. Picked up hire car from recommended source and the forty five minute drive from Larnaca was straightforward and mostly motorway quality roads. Villa was easy to find and instantly recognisable from website photos. Inside is spacious, clean and (given the climate) air-conditioned. We all felt at home straight away. For the kids (12 and 14) an immediate dip in the pool and a chance to relax on the patio were welcome before the serious business of sorting out the X-Box and huge selection of DVDs and deciding where to go and eat started! For the adults - the chance for some peace and quiet in very comfortable surroundings with the odd beer or glass of wine or three (with limes available from the tree just outside the front door)! The roads in Cyprus were all really good making the two minute drive to the local town to buy fresh pastries and local delicacies for breakfast most days simple. Finding the best beaches/places to visit was easy with the instructions given. Although the villa's catering facilites were more than adequate, the main priority for an overworked Mum was to eat out most evenings. There was a vast array of local restaurants (within 10 minute drive) that were easy to reserve tables at and offered a wide variety of local and international produce and most were reasonably priced and offered good value for money. Even ventured into Ayia Napa for a lookaround and a much enjoyed meal at Los Bandidos - quite hospitable given it was October and not crowded at all. Returned from our week away wishing it had been longer and hoping to get back to Atlantis Villa as soon as possible (just need to get my booking in quick so I don't miss out). Sue and Lance - you are so lucky to have such a fantastic, well-positioned property. I would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family. Thanks for letting us share it with you!
"Thank you for your comments, pleased that Mum took a break from cooking and you took advantage of the many restaurants around. It helps when the kids are kept occupied so glad we could help with the Xbox and the pool."
Another fantastic week spent at Atlantis. The location, neighbours, views, local restaurants, and excellent quality of the villa willensure our second visit won't be our last. Sue and Lance have thought of everything and treat all visitors with the utmost care and respect. The whole experience is something very special. A big thanks once again. Diolch yn fawr.
"Thank you for your comments, We are really pleased that Atlantis Villa lived up to your expectations for a second time.We look forward to welcoming you back on another visit."
As soon as we had booked the villa Sue and Lance couldn't have been more helpful, as so informative and extremely helpful as were their Managers who looked after the property and pool during our stay. Sue couldn't do enough for us and our every request was met. I even got a wow out of our teenage son when we first arrived at the villa! Very relaxing by day and use of local based Costas (our extremely friendly/helpful taxi driver who we ended up using for whole two weeks was just a few mins drive into the centre of Penera. Close to Golden Coast hotel and also small beach (great for little kids as shallow and steps lead to Golden coast hotel where you can also use their facilities/stop for lunch - (do take the coastal walk along to Sirena Bay bar/restaurant its such a pretty spot which carrys on also to Penera/Protaras. Borders was the local bar about a 5 min walk from the villa and small/friendly supermarket that offered fresh rolls pastry that were also lovely. Recommend fishing trips if in July, you'll be sure to catch a tuna - boat trips from small harbour at Ayia Triada with pretty little church. Recommend yellow submarine trip from Protaras to Cape Greko (leaves around 4pm and cheap/good value - only around $10 and $5 for the kids. There's also a new waterpark in Anastasia hotel in Pernera which will make the older and younger kids happy $15 entrance for all day (and can go in/out of the park, not huge but fun slides). Smaller waterpark also in Pernera bit further up from Mohitos is fun too. Villa itself is extremely well equipped and v. comfortable, plenty of seats inside and out.(plenty of kitchen equipment/bbq - lots of choice for music/extensive dvd library/books and you can take ipod as has docking station, Xbox and xbox 360 in little den at top of stairs or just sit and watch the many boats sail past the villa daily whilst sipping a nice drink. Plenty of toys for the little ones to play with and small paddling pool, besides the pool with roman steps. Villa has lovely balcony also on main bedroom to sit out on (the sea breeze is a lovely welcome on hot sunny days too!). I'd recommend this for families and no steep hills when walking. For dining out definitely try El Gustos (amazing!), Alati by the sea for a special night out and Mohitos is great too (try their Sunday roast as well), El Cavilore also great - plenty of kids entertainment in restaurants/bars - look out for the Blues brothers at bar next to El Gustos, good night's entertainment. Thanks Sue and Lance for a wonderful holiday and we will be back for sure and would recommend this villa - great for family holidays especially. The Halls.
"Welcome back! We are so pleased that you enjoyed your stay. Thank you so much for all the information you supplied It really does help our other guests find their feet and there is nothing better than restaurants and places that are tried and tested! Look forward to welcoming you back to Atlantis anytime."
I just returned home from a week stay at the villa Atlantis I can honestly say the holiday was brilliant mainly because of where we where staying. The villa Atlantis has everything u need and more and is like a home from home. sue and lance and her team of English friends in Cyprus went above and beyond for us to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The villa is very nice and very well equiped and the location is ideal nice and quiet but only a few minutes walk from local shops. The kids loved the swimming pool and spent most of their time in it, The outside terrace was perfect plenty of lounging space which was important as there was 9 of us altogether. I would reccomend a stay at the villa Atlantis and I will definatly booking afdin next year. Thank you sue and team for all your assistance. From Anne birch & family xxx
