Welcome to Villa Radiosa In Sicily, a Stunning & Luxury 5 bedroom Child-Friendly villa with air-con throughout and fast wi-fi, refurbished and finished to a high standard with its own spectacular private fenced & gated pool with hydro-massage and pool bar, set in an oasis of peace surrounded by beautiful sicilian scenery just minutes from the centre of town where you will find all necessary services for a smooth and relaxing holiday like restaurants, supermarkets, banks, bars, butchers, greengroceries, post office, fresh fish shops and much more......Completely indipendent being a detached villa gives you total privacy and accomodates families with children as well as small or large groups of friends/family (up to 13 people) ensuring comfort for each person. You will enjoy pleasant moments of pure relaxation by the pool and spend cheerful evenings grilling with our large BBQ in company or sitting under the lounge area a few paces from the outside kitchen with Pizza Oven that provides ample "AL FRESCO" dining space, giving you a wonderful experience of the Sicilian way of life.
The interiors are spacious, bright & functional and will garantee all comforts for a relaxing stay. It is internally divided into 2 floors in which are located 5 bedrooms with air con & ceiling fans, 3 bathrooms and a living room.
The living room and the fully equipped kitchen are located on the ground floor that leads straight to the outdoor area (all on a flat surface ideal for people with mobility problems) together with a king size bedroom, a shower room and a bathroom. The other 4 bedrooms & shower room, are located on the 1st floor.
Our pool is secluded and quiet, surrounded by extensive patio, furnished with a pool bar, many sun lounges & parasols to relax under the shade and an open air outside shower by the pool to give that extra comfort to our guests.
It is also been designed with the safety of children in mind therefore not only the entrance to the pool is via the gate but it is also fenced & padlocked with the added bonus of hydro-massage in the shallow part of the pool only 60cm deep ideal for babies & toddlers, all this allowing parents to relax without worrying about leaving their children unattended near the pool.
Our villa is ideal for families with children that will be well entertained throughout the whole stay as we provide a fantastic & large sandpit full of swings, slide, sea-saw, 10ft trampoline with security net, bucket & spades, balls, football table & much more inside & outside toys.
Baby-Friendly Amenities: We provide essential baby items to save you from packing them, including cots, highchairs, strollers, and much more. It’s all about making your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible.
Villa Radiosa is also only a short drive to Agrigento, the Valley of the Temples, and the beautiful beaches of San Leone, making it the perfect base to explore the best of Sicily offering both the charm of the countryside villa and the latest modern comforts. Final cleaning is not included in the price

The views from the villa are absolutely breathtaking, making it the perfect spot to unwind and take in the beautiful surroundings. The location is ideal, with amenities like Lidl, conad and Md just a short 5-minute drive away, which made our stay even more convenient. The villa itself is well-maintained, and the pool is safely enclosed, making it perfect for families with children or pets. The hospitality was top-notch, with the hosts going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, Villa Radiosa is the perfect retreat for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!. The Villa also has private parking with a lockable gate. I will be back for sure we had a lovely time
Two wonderful weeks at this splendid villa
By Pell Petronella on 01-Nov-2025We have just returned home in central London after 2 wonderful weeks spent at Villa Radiosa. The villa itself is very spacious with lots of options for eating alfresco or entertaining a large family. It was very easy to be able to cook our own food indoors or outdoors and our child loved the large trampoline, the pool and the fully equipped playground. My husband and I got into the habit of enjoying a glass of wine on our own in the evenings by the pool listening to the crickets and totally not missing the London buzz! While the pool was open and regularly cleaned/ maintained by the owners, the water at the end of Oct/ early Nov was colder than the sea. We did bring wetsuits and made the most of the pool (but we didn’t need them in the sea). I personally enjoyed a solitary evening swim in the pool, it became a very relaxing ritual which I now miss having returned home to shared pools. Regarding the location of the villa, it was very easy to find and it is in a great spot. While it is peaceful, it’s also very easy to get to shops and also to head out of town. We explored many Sicilian towns (including trips to Siracusa and Noto) so we found it very easy to return to the villa thereafter given its position near Agrigento. The owners was a pleasure to deal with. We had a few queries, nothing that would make us reconsider a return to the villa, and they came to visit straight away and resolved the matter fully. Couldn’t have hoped for better people to handle the communication etc. Upon returning home, we are reminiscing about the many memories we built at Villa Radiosa and we would unhesitantly return on another occasion. We very strongly urge you not to waste time looking for another place to rent for your holiday. I certainly wish I hadn’t spent any more time once I first came across this gem!
Great Villa!!!
By Monika Struth on 03-May-20255 adults, 3 children (11, 12, 15) and a dog. We vacationed in this great Villa Radiosa from April 12th to April 23rd, 2025. The landlords were just great. Very friendly and always available. The house was big and we didn't miss anything. We were able to enjoy every minute. There was no boredom here. You could get everything you needed within 2 km. It doesn't get any better. We were at the beach in 15 minutes. The house can only be recommended. We had vacation from the start. Excellent for families with children. Thank you very much for the great vacation. We'll have something out of it for a long time. You were great hosts. Stay healthy. Many kind regards from the Strudis from Germany/Weyer an der Loreley

Impeccable Villa

From the first moment we were struck by its warm and welcoming atmosphere, enhanced by spacious interiors furnished in a classic style, with refined details and timeless elegance. Outside, the veranda is a real highlight: a relaxing corner where you can cook, have lunch or simply enjoy the silence. It features a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and a gas barbecue, ideal for convivial moments. The pool area, next to the veranda, adds a touch of pure relaxation: perfect for cooling off and enjoying the sun in complete privacy. The location of the villa is strategic: immersed in the quiet, but close to some of the most iconic wonders of south-western Sicily, such as the majestic Valley of the Temples, the scenic Scala dei Turchi and the lively beach of San Leone. Furthermore, with a car it is very easy to reach well-stocked supermarkets and find excellent restaurants and local trattorias in Favara, where you can eat really well and breathe in true Sicilian hospitality. The welcome was impeccable: discreet, friendly and always available. In short, Villa Radiosa is the perfect choice for those who want to experience an authentic stay in Sicily, between comfort, elegance and dream landscapes. Great family villa that welcomed my 2 dogs
By Lalo Padron on 12-Jul-2025Villa was awesome! 5 rooms, all of them with a lot of space, perfect for a large group or the whole family. Three bathrooms, they were clean. The kitchen is quite large, very well illuminated and we found all we needed to prepare meals (dishes, glasses, pan, silverware, etc), everything was tidy and ready to use. The living room is also very spacious and comfortable. The patio and the pool area are really nice, there is plenty of shade and chairs, the pool can be used at any time because lightening is very good, it is not very deep, so it is ideal for children. They have a lot of olive trees around the house, which makes the house looks fantastic. The location is great because is 15 mins away from the Valley of the temples, 25 mins away from San Leone beach and 5 mins away from several supermarkets, which is very convenient. The villa has also a lot of space to park several cars if needed. The best of the villa are the owners, Carmelina and Salvatore are always ready to help and suggest places to go, eat or visit. They and their children made us feel welcome from minute one. Very charm people. I would recommend this villa to any friend or relative and, if I have the chance to come back to Agrigento, this will be my first choice.
