Tartaruga Holiday. I was lucky enough to stay at Tartaruga for 3 weeks from mid-June 2022. Tucked away among other properties in spacious grounds it is only 5 mins drive from Ostuni town, a perfect location to base from. I was travelling with my dog, so it was important to find accommodation that worked for us. I also had some visitors who flew to Brindisi airport which is convenient for collections as it is less than 30 mins drive away. The Villa is very comfortably furnished with plenty of room for 6 and everything in the kitchen worked. The thick walls kept us cool in hot weather, and the views from the roof terrace were charming. There is a good outside dining area off the kitchen which is where we lived and ate most of the time There is a super swimming pool which is cleaned and managed by the housekeepers who live off site and you don’t even know they’ve been. The villa has 3 bedrooms and a nice cool lounge. Days were spent at the fantastic nearby beaches which are easy to get to with free parking. The sea was lovely and clear, nice sandy beaches and some rocky coves for snorkeling. Most were gently shelving, good sand, and some offer facilities (such as restaurants/ food, sunbeds, and parasols. Pilone 1 and 2, Torre cane and Torre via glacette are good. You simply can''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''t help but love the atmosphere in Ostuni. It''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''s one of Puglia’s most beautiful white hilltop towns and as such is always bursting with life. You''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''ll find, well-stocked cantinas, shops and eateries aplenty and it''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''s just 5 mins drive from the villa. I cannot recommend it highly enough and found Margaret/Lucy is a delightful owner and so easy to deal with. Joanna S UK

Schönes Haus mit einem großen Grundstück, besonders der Pool hat es unseren Teenagertöchtern sehr angetan .Beautiful domicile for family holidays Beautiful house with a large plot, especially the pool has done it to our teenage daughters very much.
Soggiorno a trullo Tartaruga 5/5 Stayed Aug 2021 Victoria C. 2 coppie 2 bimbe e un cane, nelle 2 settimane centrali di Agosto. La struttura è esattamente come nelle foto, abbiamo passato 2 settimane godendoci a pieno questo bellissimo trullo. -piscina e grandi spazi all’aperto ci hanno permesso di goderci la vacanza -casa molto pulita e organizzata, arredata in modo molto gradevole A pochi minuti di macchina (circa 10) da Ostuni e ancora meno da carovigno. Costanza, il contatto di riferimento per qualunque cosa è sempre stata molto disponibile, ma noi non abbiamo avuto bisogno di contattare quasi mai perché tutto è proceduto perfettamente.
