Description
Villa Corinium is situated in a quiet and verdant private residence, just under 25 km from the city of Cagliari.This residential-tourist area is located on the ridge of the Terra Mala hill, in the municipality of Quartu Sant'Elena.
Villa Corinium is a well-appointed property that has been designed with a bright and pleasant style, making it ideal for guests who value comfort, functionality and practical amenities. The property is competitively priced.
The villa is organised on two floors. The ground floor comprises a living room with spectacular sea views and access to a covered veranda, a state-of-the-art kitchen, a utility room with a washing machine, and a separate cloakroom. The sleeping area, which is directly connected to the main floor, can be accessed via an elegant wooden staircase. The two double bedrooms, both with a sea view and direct access to the swimming pool, each have a large en-suite bathroom with shower.
The garden surrounding the swimming pool, which is exclusively available to the tenants of the house, ensures the privacy typically sought during a holiday. The swimming pool area is also equipped with umbrellas and deck chairs.
All areas of Villa Corinium have been meticulously designed to ensure the utmost comfort of guests.
The property's highly strategic position allows guests to easily access the most famous south-eastern beaches in a matter of minutes. Elmas Airport is approximately 30 minutes away by car, and the city centre is just under 20 minutes away by car.
Villa Corinium is equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets, an alarm system, large private parking, internet connection and a smart large tv. Guests can also request a private chef and a professional property manager is available 24/7 to ensure a comfortable stay. For your safety, we provide a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and smoke/gas detectors.
Cots, high chairs and baby baths are available upon request at no additional cost.
Please be advised that the rental cost covers water, gas and electricity consumption up to 130 kW.

Changeover day is flexible from March to half May and from half September until the end of November. June, July and August are strictly on Saturdays (please ask the owner for different arrangements).

By Tobias-Fabian on 09-Jun-2025Check-In und Check-Out waren einfach und flexibel. Wundervoller Blick aufs Meer. Sehr ruhige Lage; Auto ist aber Pflicht. Ein zweiter Schlüssel für Tür und Tor wäre wünschenswert. Franscesco war bei Rückfragen sehr gut erreichbar. Unterkunft ist empfehlenswert
Holiday unforgettable

The property manager Francesco was very helpful from the moment we landed and made sure we were happy before he left us to enjoy the holiday. We hope to stay again in the near future :)

By Richard on 15-Jul-2025Excellent property located a short drive from excellent beaches. We would recommend you have a car to get around in. Everything was as shown in the photographs. The property was clean, tidy, well equipped and had a lovely views across the bay. Great for watching the sun go down. Francesco managed our check-in and check-out. He was very helpful with recommendations for places to visit and restaurants. He was always very quick to respond to any questions we had during the stay. We really enjoyed our stay here and would have no hesitation to recommend it.

Ein Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert, um die Umgebung flexibel erkunden zu können. Die Unterkunft entsprach vollständig den Fotos: alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt, gut ausgestattet und bot einen wunderschönen Blick über die Bucht – perfekt, um den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Francesco war ein hervorragender Hausverwalter. Er hat unseren Check-in und Check-out reibungslos organisiert und stand uns jederzeit mit wertvollen Tipps zu Strände und Restaurants zur Seite. Auf unsere Fragen während des Aufenthalts hat er stets schnell und freundlich reagiert. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in jeder Hinsicht genossen und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Aussicht!!!!
By Katharina on 23-Oct-2025Die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Die Lage ist ok, aber man benötigt dringend ein Auto und muss dann auch mit 10 bis 15 min Fahrt zum kleineren Supermarkt und Restaurant rechnen. Wenn man was bestimmtes sucht, gerne auch 20 bis 25min. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Es waren sogar zwei Schirme für den Strand da. Die Kommunikation mit Francesco war sehr nett. Und wie gesagt das Highlight ist definitiv die tolle Aussicht!!!!
