Aristocratic Villa built in 1700, recently entirely restored , stunning views on the Sibillini mountains and the Adriatic sea, very calm and relax area, still in walking distance to Petritoli town with a few bars and restaurants, art galleries, barock theater and various shops.

Guests first of all should enjoy their holidays. The beaches of Port St. Giorgio at the Adriatic sea a very child friendly, countless bars and restaurants along the coast. Shoe shopping is a nice option as the entire italian shoe industry is nearby around Fermo. Petritoli itself is well know as wedding destination.

This part of Italy is truffel country, it's not as much known as Tuscany for example, prices in restaurants are still on a reasonable level, still providing original italian cuisine. Our favorite restaurant is the Osteria in Petritoli, you pay a flatrate of 40 € per person, salami and cheese, bread and wine is on the table once you come, then the menu continues through the evening, plate by plate is being served, wine as much as you like, water of course as well. Good that you can just walk home and d'ont need a car.

The driving distance to the beaches is about 20 minutes, if it gets too hot during summer, you just jump into the pool, or you drive up to the mountains where an artificial lake has sweet water and it's mostly cooler up there. Fermo, the local capitol is worth visiting, it's only 20 km away, during summer are many events like
Palio of Fermo. Each village and town provides local food, we love it.
Ascoli Piceno on the other side is a much different city, the Piazza di Popoli is one of the most attractive squares in Italy, still unknown abroad, worth visiting.

Twice a year is sale for shoes, they are anyway inexpensive as the outlets are just next to the factories, these are smaller factories, nowhere the scale of a large factory. Italy has no copyright on furniture, any furniture you like can be manufactured with the materials you prefer, much cheaper than some originals.

Mostly saturday to saturday at noon but flexibel according to flight plans of guests.

There are two airports nearby, one is Falconara in Ancona (ca. 80 km north) and then Abruzzi airport in Pescara (ca. 100 km south). Rome with its airports is two and a half hours away. Florence is by car about three hours, while Naples takes three and a half hours to get there.

Payment after signing the rental contract ten days prior to arrival to a bank account given in the rental contract. Safety deposit is 2.000 €. Endcleaning fee is 400 €.
Rental prices to be negotiated individually depending on duration and number of guests.

LaLiberata can be rented for just a few days, not less than four please, starting from mid june 2026.

in the outlets, just magic.
