The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with two single beds, with enough space for 6 guests. Then there are 2 bathrooms equipped with shower and chromotherapy. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare your meals and ample space for dining. The living area is bright and cozy with a 48-inch SMART TV, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring.A washer and dryer is available to guests
Special attention has been paid to the bedrooms, which have been equipped with double beds with Dorelan mattresses to ensure maximum comfort for our guests. In the bathrooms, large showers are equipped with chromotherapy to add moments of further relaxation. Internet connection is high-speed. Air conditioning in all rooms is individually controlled. Washing machine and dryer are available to guests.

By Emil on 03-Jun-2025Communicating with Enrico was very easy. He was very quick to respond to queries and answer questions. Overall, a great host. The apartment is very comfortable for up to six people and as described in the listing. The location is excellent. There are several good local restaurants on via Camollia that are not as touristy as the rest of historic Siena (avoid quel que antico bistrot!). There is also a small PAM supermarket nearby.
Excellent apartment for exploring the beautiful city of Siena and beyond.

Warm welcome and impeccable apartment
By Megan on 11-Jun-2025I can’t say enough about this place. It’s near the wall, so if you have a car, it’s easy to park overnight at the train station (10 minute walk using escalators). It’s a beautiful apartment, clean, with everything you could need. Even a washer and dryer. Air conditioning is a huge plus, as it was very hot during our stay. There are plenty of delicious restaurants nearby, and an easy walk to the center. (We really enjoyed Quel Che restaurant nearby). We liked that it was away from the crowds, so if you want to be more in the heart of the city, I’d stay elsewhere. There is some late night noise on the weekend, as they prepare for Palio, but we weren’t bothered by that. Enrico was extremely kind and helpful with instructions and directions. I would definitely stay here if considering Siena.
A perfect stay in the heart of Siena

The kitchen cabinet doors had the same pattern as the refrigerator door, rendering a harmonious look. Air conditioners, internet, and washing machine worked well. Mattresses were comfortable for sleeping in the three bedrooms. The host was responsive when we had questions. Living room was pleasant. The apartment is on the outer edge of the historic center. We enjoyed our four nights in the upscale apartment. All in all, this is a great place to stay.
