Description

In Puglia, just a few minutes drive from Martina Franca, pearl of the Baroque art and capital of the enchanting Itria Valley, is situated our property. 2 independent trulli villas can be rented separately or together for up to 12 persons. The beautiful beaches can be reached in 30 min.
The 2 units with separate entrance gates and large private parking are finely restored and are set on a hill. They represent an ideal oasis for families or groups of friends who love nature and tranquillity. The place is suitable and safe for children.
There is a splendid swimming pool ( 12 x 7 sqm) with a large solarium and a shaded pergola where guests can pleasantly spend their free time in total privacy and relax.
The villas overlook a well-kept Italian garden full of fragrant Mediterranean plants, a pine wood and 1,5 hectares of orchards, olive and fruit trees that guests can enjoy.
The interiors are equipped with all modern comforts and tastefully furnished to a high standard and harmoniously blend traditional architectural elements such as stone arches with a contemporary design.
The thick local stone walls make it cool in summer and cozy in winter. Central heating and air conditioninig are available. In winter, guests can enjoy the pleasure of a fireplace.

Amazing place! Posto meraviglioso!

Trullo due Pini è una vera Oasi di relax, immersa in un passaggio di boschi di querce. La casa è circondata dalla natura, ha tanto verde intorno, alberi da frutto, un giardino molto grande dove poter leggere in completo relax. Sono tantissimi gli spazi esterni dove poter godere di ogni attività: c'è un forno a legna, un tavolo da ping pong, un labirinto di lavande e una zona piscina bellissima. La piscina è molto grande ed è dotata di una scala romana, viene messa a disposizione degli ospiti tutti gli anni da inizio giungo fino ad ottobre. Il prossimo anno vogliamo tornare proprio in questo periodo per poterne usufruire. Gli interni possiedono ogni confort, stanze da letto ampie, una grande cucina attrezzata, due bagni e una zona salotto confortevole dotata di un bel camino. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio, c'era tutto quello che desideravamo per una vacanza rilassante. L'abitazione non è lontana dal centro abita to si Martina Franca. L'abitazione è vicina a paesini caratteristici come Ostuni, Locorotondo, Cisternino e Alberobello e siamo riusciti a fare dei tour enogastronomici! La pulizia è stata impeccabile e la comunicazione con i proprietari perfetta, sono stati degli host gentilissimi e disponibili. Per concludere questo soggiorno perfetto abbiamo organizzato un party con 20 persone, abbiamo chiamato un Pizza Chef professionale che ha utilizzato il forno a legna. Meraviglioso!
