Description
This light and contemporary 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms Villa with wonderful golf course views is located on the Vilasol golf resort, just a short drive to the superb Algarve beaches. The villa is beautifully furnished with every detail having been thought of to make your holiday as relaxing as possible.There is even a games room and bar to enjoy and an exterior putting green. The whole villa is accessible to use except for the garage. There is parking for 3 cars on the drive.
The layout is two ensuite bedrooms on the first floor, four on the ground floor (3 bedroom with ensuites) and one bedroom on the lower floor also ensuite.
The open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room all with access onto the pool, gardens and exterior BBQ and dining area makes this the perfect holiday villa for large families, golfing groups or just gusest who like lots of space.
Portugal now charge a Tourist tax which is payable in cash on arrival, for the winter months 1st Nov to 31 March 1 euro per person per night up to a max of 5 euros (5 nights). In the summer months 1st April to 31 Oct 2 euros per person per night up to a max of 10 euros (5 nights). Children under 16 years of age do not need to pay.
