Description

Villa Vale is a holiday villa to rent next to Vilasol. A large villa tastefully furnished set in its own very large grounds with its private drive way with car ports. Villa do Vale is within 5 minutes walk from the Vilasol small shopping centre and 10 minutes drive to Quarteira & Vilamoura with all the international bars/restaurants & shops that it has to offer and with their glorious sandy beaches. The town of Faro is just 10 minutes drive for some serious shopping.
This very large and beautiful villa offers excellent, spacious accommodation on two levels. On the ground floor, the lounge / dining room has a large screen plasma cable television, WiFi and DVD player, comfortable sofas, dining table and chairs and two sets of patio doors which open out to the covered dining terrace and sunny swimming pool. There is a separate fully fitted kitchen, oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker and door to the outside utility area with washing machine. On this level there are three twin bedrooms all with air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms. The entrance hall has stairs leading to two master double bedroom with air conditioning and full ensuite bathroom.

Entrance Hall, Lounge with two comfortable sofas and armchairs, large plasma screen satellite television. Dining Table and chairs. Three double bedroom all with air conditioning and full ensuite bathrooms with showers. Separate fully fitted kitchen with hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer. Payment Conditions
A 25% Deposit is due within 5 business days from the day of booking (non refundable).
The remaining 75% to be received three weeks prior to clients arrival date (non refundable).
A breakage deposit of €300 to be paid on arrival and will be given back in cash on the day of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
All payments have to be made by bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy: Deposit and remaining payment are non refundable in case of cancellation.

Great, spacious villa, peaceful location.

Our second stay at the villa, our base for a week of golf in the Algarve sun. Remote gated entry to the driveway adds a layer of security Plenty of space throughout the property - every bedroom has an ensuite bathroom which is great. Pool area is lovely, and a bbq is available out the back. A couple of pointers: The water to the showers takes a good couple of minutes to get hot. There are no welcome goodies/starter pack type stuff such as washing up liquid, and we couldn't find a corkscrew - so maybe pack one! A car is a good idea to get around - though there is an excellent restaurant - A Paisagem - a 5 minute walk away on the main roundabout. The 'Pingo Doce' supermarket is a 3 minute drive away and has an excellent bakery, as well as everything else you're likely to need.

Amazing villa

We spent a week here with family and friends and had a fantastic time. Villa was spacious and accommodated us all comfortably. Very good communication with Jose and Mr falado who bought extra pillows and blankets when requested. Great location. Most amazing restaurant within walking distance.

My family and I stayed in the villa for 6 nights there was 11 of us . The villa is amazing so big and the pool are was fantastic and very secure , the weather very hot so we stayed in the pool a lot and there were plenty of sun loungers. The villa was very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay with a large shopping centre about 6mins in a taxi .Couldn’t believe the size of the 2 upstairs bedrooms they were massive. Will definitely recommend and be returning.
