Villa Seis is a luxury 4-bedroom villa located in the Pinheiros Altos resort in Quinta do Lago. This villa looks over the golf course and is a short drive to the beach and Quinta do Lago shopping plaza. The property features air-conditioning, private pool, satellite TV, two BBQ areas and Wi-Fi. Recently refurbished to a high standard, it's a fantastic villa. We can't wait to show you around!
The exterior
Outside, next to the large private pool (10 x 5m), is a dining area under the pergola as well as a charcoal BBQ. There is also a second dining set and gas BBQ located under the partially covered terrace.
The villa is set in secure gardens with extensive dining and lawn areas to relax and enjoy the Algarve sunshine. We're sure you will spend plenty of time here. There is also a terrace on the first floor, with stunning views.
The living areas
As it has been recently refurbished, Villa Seis has fantastic decor and furniture. The entrance leads to a grand entrance hall with guest cloakroom. From here, you can walk through to the open plan living room with satellite TV, DVD and doors leading to the pool terraces. There are steps leading to the dining area which seats 8 comfortably.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances including microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob and coffee maker. A separate laundry room houses the washing machine and dryer as well as an American fridge for extra storage.
On the ground floor and just off the kitchen is a cinema room which you can catch up on the latest box sets or a movie or two - just add popcorn for a perfect evening of entertainment.
The bedrooms
Villa Seis has 4 bedrooms, sleeping 8 guests. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. The first has a large double bed, en-suite bathroom and access to a patio. The second has twin beds and an adjacent bathroom.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with large double bed, en-suite bathroom and doors to a private terrace overlooking the pool and golf course. The final bedroom is also on this floor and has a double bed, private terrace and en-suite bathroom.
