Decorated throughout by one of Portugal’s leading interior designers, the attention to detail in this luxury property is second to none.As you walk in to the entrance hall you immediately have a sense of space and luxury. The open plan style flows from room to room with the kitchen opening in to the downstairs lounge with feature fireplace and out on to the large, covered terrace. The fabulous open plan kitchen features a large dining table and television area with a slow burning log fire. Sliding doors give access to the sun terrace and barbecue area.
The ground floor also has a double bedroom with en-suite bedroom and sliding doors leading to the beautifully landscaped gardens and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. On the lower level you will find a fantastic suite featuring a spacious double bedroom, lounge area, kitchen and doors leading to a spacious private terrace complete with table and chairs. This suite is ideal for larger groups wishing to have their own private accommodation.
The grand, beautifully lit staircase from the entrance hall leads to the first floor with two large double bedrooms, featuring en-suite bathrooms with baths and separate showers.
As you walk in to the beautiful landscaped gardens you can enjoy two feature waterfalls and the garden is totally enclosed by large electric entrance gates. The spacious terrace has areas for sun bathing and al fresco dining with a barbecue area with gas barbecue and a covered dining terrace with a dining table and ample seating. The large swimming pool can be heated with a supplement and is south-facing with roman steps.

Superb
By Louise on 13-Jan-2020Villa Nairn was superb, fantastic outside areas with an amazing pool which all the party thoroughly enjoyed. Very spacious property internally which comfortably accommodated a group of 8 easily! The location of the villa was great, feels very quiet and safe with a twenty-minute walk into Quinta.
