This spacious contemporary 3/4-bedroom, 4 bathroom detached villa with private heated pool (10M x 3.5 M) and outside shower, designed by architect Paula Ribeiro is brand new for 2022.
The villa is a 4-minute walk down to the stunning Salema village where the perfect long beach allows you plenty of space to chill out for the day. The views from the villa terrace and 1st floor balcony are stunning with the rolling green countryside all around and the beach and hillside studded with beautiful white homes, on clear days you have views west to Sagres.
Salema still retains its history as a working fishing village and boats go out everyday to bring back the fresh fish and seafood served in the seafront restaurants. There are small local shops in the village for essentials and a lovely café for breakfast or lunch in the sun. The main Intermarche supermarket is a short 5-minute drive from the villa at Budens and has a large selection of fresh food along with a petrol station.

Accommodation
Large modern open plan lounge kitchen, breakfast bar, and dining area with floor to ceiling patio doors (with security shutters) opening onto a private outside terrace with sea views and a dining table seating 8 people, sun loungers for 6, parasol and bench seats with coffee table. Plenty of space for sharing drinks and a meal while the sun sets.
The heated pool is 1.5m depth with step access and has views of the sea and countryside.
3 large bedrooms all with shutters for security. Stairs lead up to the 1st floor bedroom suite with bathroom and dressing area:
• 1 kingsize bed with dressing area, en-suite shower, toilet and sink and a balcony with small table and 2 chairs for morning coffee
• 1 double bed with en-suite bath with shower over, toilet and sink and patio doors onto back garden area
• 1 twin bedroom with 2 single beds, patio doors onto back garden area and a shower room and toilet adjacent to it.
• 1 outside room with patio doors onto back garden area and a shower room and toilet.
Facilities
• Complimentary high speed wifi in the house and around the pool.
• All bed linen provided with beds made up for arrival.
• Beach towels and house towels provided 2 hairdryers available.
• A fully stocked kitchen (utensils, crockery, cutlery, toaster, iron, glassware, all cooking equipment and tea towels).
• TV with UK channels including BBC and ITV Hub C4 and Netflix
• Washing machine, ironing board and iron, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine BBQ
• Air-conditioning in all rooms

Services
We have a property manager who will greet you on arrival with keys and go through the house information and guest book. He is available to answer any questions and help if anything is missing or needs replacing.
There is a weekly pool maintenance service. The pool has a cover on a roller and should be opened in daytime and covered at night.
For 2-weekly stays a mid-stay clean and towel change will be provided.
Babies are welcome: a travel cot and a high chair are available on request at no extra cost.
Sorry no pets allowed.

One of the highlights was definitely the heated pool — it was such a treat to relax there after spending the morning by the beach. The location was perfect, just steps away from the ocean, yet quiet enough to truly unwind. We loved how cozy and welcoming the house felt, and it made our vacation so special. Can’t wait to come back!

Lovely family holiday, comfortable villa, fantastic pool

The outdoor space and pool was our favorite part. Salema itself is a lovely authentic fishing village which we absolutely loved. For a small place we couldn’t believe how many fabulous eateries there are and we thoroughly enjoyed trying them all. Salema beach and others locally are the best we have experienced. Thank you so much.

Stunning villa in the delightful fishing village of Salema .

The walk down to the village is picturesque through the cobbled streets of this working fishing village. A car is not necessary unless there are mobility issues but then no problem it’s a 2 to 3 minute drive to the beach. Many other beautiful beaches in villages along this part of the western Algarve. The villa is furnished and decorated stylishly. The terrace area with BBQ and pool looking down over the village is ideal. We had a great week there at the end of May. Perfect !
Stunning holiday home!

It is fully kitted out with everything you need (inside and out), there is plenty of space to relax and the decor and furniture is of a very high standard and very tastefully done. The town is close by and has the most amazing restaurants, bars and beach… it’s like finding a hidden gem! Everything is perfect and we would very highly recommend.
Amazing villa in superb location
By Paula Rooney on 25-Aug-2023We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful villa. Its in a beautiful location, Salema is a gorgeous traditional village. The villa is less than 10mins walk to the beach and the restaurants/bars. We rented a car as we like to visit other places but it's not necessary as the villa is close to shops, restaurants etc. It is well equipped, modern, clean and tidy. Nuno who manages the villa was kind enough to meet us as we arrived close to midnight and couldn't find the villa. Highly recommend this beautiful villa, we hope to return.
