Description
Welcome to our beautifully restored Manor House set above the hills in Santa Barbara de Nexe.We have tried to keep true to Portuguese architecture, and some original features , boasting 4 all suite bedrooms, high ceilings, spacious, bright living spaces, very large secure property and distant sea views. Amazing breezes coming off the hills for a cool relaxing , hot summer, and beautifully peaceful winter stays. Our quinta has more than 6000m2 of surrounding land, with a great view, and close to the Village Santa Barbara de Nexe
The space
Large spacious dining area, with open plan areas to the fitted kitchen. Both spaces have floor length glass patio doors to the front terrace and pool and BBQ areas.
The Villa has 3 large bedroom suites on ground floor:
Bedroom 1: Super King, ensuite wet room, private entrance to front patio and gardens. This bedroom is all on 1 level, no stairs, and is accessible if you are in a wheelechair , with moderate mobility,
Bedroom 2: King size , ensuite wet room, private access to the side terrace and gardens and pool areas.
Bedroom 3: 2 x twin beds with full bath and shower combo, access to the orchard and rear gardens.
Bedroom 4: Upstairs King Suite daybed with large smart TV and private access to the roof terrace.
We offer 2 x portable beds for children upto 12 years of age , and 2 travel cots for infants . These must be reserved at time of booking
Roof terrace fitted with seating and dining furniture, and amazing views over the hills, towards the distant sea.
Roof terrace is also accessed by common stairway from the lounge area.
Our infinity swimming pool is salt water, heated upon request and at clients costs. The immediate gardens are manicured and boasts a variety of flowering plants and trees, as well as an orchard to the side , with numerous fruit trees, for you enjoyment, please feel free to cut the ripe fruit
Parking for 3 vehicles on the parking pad, and further parking on the driveway
Property is secure with electronic gate access.
For your peace of mind, there are Security cameras in common areas, movement sensors & smoke detectors in bedrooms
Air con throughout the entire property
Guest access
Guests have entire use of the Main villa described above.
We are situated with easy acess to the A22 motorway, Mar shopping with Ikea, Pingo Doce supermarkets, and easy proximity to the beach at Faro, Almancil and further.
Other things to note
We offer online shopping and delivery services to the villa.
For longer term winter lets , housekeeping services every 2 weeks, pool and garden services, and fast fibre internet are all included.
Happy to discount for lower occupancy from 15th September to mid May , and monthly rentals during this period are welcome at a lower rate, with utilities paid separately.
Feel free to contact us directly for a customised price for lower occupation , low season .
Private Airport transfers can be arranged at excellent rates.
Baby beds and cots are complementary and need to be reserved at time of booking
Booking forms need to be filled in , with all passport details at time of reservation, as per portuguese law.
Security deposit of €1000, refunded, within 1 week of exiting the property, if there are no damages.
