Description
Villa Emilia.Private villa set in its own fully gated grounds.
Villa situated in its own private grounds in the beautiful Le Marche countryside, a 2 minutes drive or 10 minutes walk to the centre of the village.of Sant Angelo in Pontano, where you will find restaurants, bars, supermarket, tennis courts and all local facilities including spectacular walks. The coast with its lovely beaches are approx 40 mins away. The mountains ski resort approx 35 mins.
The Villa will sleep 8, all bedrooms are spacious offering home from home comfort.
The Villa offers a pool, small home gym, formal gardens as well as ample lawns for children to play and large orchard. There is also a walled vegetable/kitchen garden with an abundance of herbs and seasonal produce.
The Villa is fully equipped for alfresco dining and has a superbly equipped kitchen. There is also a gas pizza oven and BBQ for guests to enjoy.
The pool area is served with a summer house and shaded areas with sun loungers and outdoor seating.
The groundsman will call 2-3 times a week to maintain the pool and willingly answer any questions you may have.
The Villa has 4 generous bedrooms, 3 bathrooms one with a chromotherapy sauna. Two comfortable lounges, gorgeous dining room with antique oak table and chairs. There is also a library/study. All bedrooms have quality mattresses. Fans are provided in the bedrooms, but due to the style and thickness of the walls the house stays reasonably cool. The Villa opens onto a beautiful walled courtyard at the back with open air dining. Access to the wine cave is also off the walled courtyard. At the side it opens onto a formal garden offering seating for quiet reading or relaxing. There is also a large lemon grove with additional eating area amongst the lemon trees. There is WiFi and also smart TV’s in both lounges and the dining room with Netflix, Disney etc. also DVD player with an abundance of dvd’s Both outdoor seating areas have table and chairs, sun Loungers by the pool, wine fridge in the summer house. Outdoor games including badminton/volley ball net and soft archery, grass boules and a goal

The village has three bars, three restaurants, supermarket, butchers and bakery.
The mountains and lakes offer beautiful walks and hiking trails, the beaches offer safe bathing, sun loungers and umbrellas.
We have three local airports served by Ryanair. Ancona, perugia and Pescara. Ancona and perugia 75 mins away and Pescara 90 mins as well as Rome, Bologna approx 3 hours served by major airlines.
Le Marche is italys best kept secret a must to visit as it offers beautiful scenery, restaurants, beaches etc.
The price for the Villa is €2000-€2500 per week depending on season.
Arrival time is from 3pm and departure is by 10am.
Ancona is the nearest airport and the property is accessed via Contrada Santa Maria Madelena.
25% deposit upon acceptance of booking and the balance to be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival.

We were two families of friends and the size of the house allowed us to have privacy and freedom. We stayed with the girls who had a lot of fun.

It’s stylish and modern but still feels really cosy and full of character. The house is super comfortable and has everything you need, with gorgeous gardens, a small home gym and a pool that’s perfect for lazy afternoons. It’s only a 10-minute walk into the village, where you’ll find bars, restaurants, cafés, a pharmacy, and a supermarket. With a car, you can explore loads of nearby medieval hilltop villages, which are just magical. The hosts are so lovely and welcoming – they’ve really created a special place that feels like home. Couldn’t recommend it more highly!
Wow! What a great place
By Leanne Brooke’s on 20-Jul-2024Leanne Brookes 33 weeks ago I don’t even know where to start with this review but my family and I have just had the best two weeks at Villa Emilia (we went to Florence for a couple of days in the middle). However, our incredible hosts, Jayne and Mick are the absolute best, made us so welcome and truly looked after us and we are so sad to go home. Villa Emilia a beautiful place inside and out and it was so wonderful sitting outside on and evening with a glass of wine. My daughter and I used the pool most days and it was wonderful. When we went out and about, every single person we met or spoke to was just wonderful. If you want a beautiful home to stay, where you can truly relax and unwind, then look no further as this is 100% the place for you and your family. It is truly perfect.
