The property is furnished in a modern contemporary style, organised on two floors, the upper floor consists of Living room, Kitchen and Shower/cloakroom, with views across the bay. The 3 bedrooms and main bathroom are located on the lower floor. All bedrooms are equipped with Air conditioning
The infinity swimming pool is located in the front of the villa enjoying views of Poetto, Cagliari and beyond . .
Villa Vista is in easy reach of the most famous beaches in South east Sardinia and is approx 30 minutes from Elmas airport
The rental cost includes the consumption of water, gas and electricity up to 130kw.

Bed linen, bath/hand towels, and swimming pool towels are provided.
The cost for cleaning the villa at the end of the rental period is 135 Euros to be paid to our agent on arrival. A security deposit of 600 Euros is also required as an indemnity against any damage to the property or its’ contents.

The bedrooms (downstairs) were wonderfully cool which helped aid a good nights sleep. The villa was equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was fabulous and many an evening swim was enjoyed by us all.
