Description
My place has great views from the terrace, it`s a peaceful location with private pool and a great base from which to explore Southern Sardinia. The local beach is a short walk through a small pine forest and there are endless fantastic beaches with family friendly activities offering fabulous snorkelling opportunities, kayaking , boat hire and boat trips etc. There are a good selection of restaurants , cafes and shops also within short driving distances. The city of Cagliari is about 30 minutes away, is has a wide variety of art and culture , a great marina and some nice shops and restaurants. My villa is great for couples and families alike who are looking for a peaceful and beautiful, relaxing location.The space:
My villa is a semi detached property located at the end of a quiet cul de sac , just off the main coastal road .
It is a 2 double bedroomed villa with private garden, panoramic pool which measures 6.5x4.5m and a large terrace for al fresco dining. The villa is south facing with a sea view in a quiet development. The property is modern, local stone built with excellent specification throughout. It is fully air conditioned, including both bedrooms. The property can sleep 5 adults and children plus baby cot . There is a double bed for 2 in the 1st bedroom and then beds for 3 people in the 2nd bedroom , plus baby cot . A fold out bed can be made available in the living room if you really need an extra bed . We have a baby bath and high chair available. It is fully fitted to a high standard with all modern amenities including a washing machine and dishwasher.
Guest access:
The villa , pool , outside shower and gardens are rented to guests for their sole use. The villa is all on one floor with only a few wide steps up from the pool area to the villa so suitable for those who are less mobile and small children. The terrace is perfect for enjoying some shade in the daytime and outside dining. Just a short walk through a small pine forest will take you to the local beach .
Car hire is recommended to enable you to visit the many fantastic beaches, see the magnificent coastline and enjoy some wonderful restaurants.
Cars cannot be parked outside the villa during July and August but there is plenty of alternative parking only 2/3 minutes walk away .

Trying to look at dates for our next visit. Claire is a great host and can’t speak highly enough of the Property Manager Francesco. Absolutely perfect
By Jennifer on 01-Oct-2024We had a wonderful week with our three (small) children in Claire's house. For us as a family, the house with the small pool was absolutely perfect. The kitchen is superbly equipped, nothing is missing and even olive oil and dishwasher tabs, as well as soap and dish towels were available in sufficient quantity. Towels as well as bath towels and beach towels are provided and you do not have to unnecessarily drag them from home. The children loved the pool and the beaches, which are in the immediate vicinity (easily accessible on foot or by car), were absolutely recommended. Francesco, who took care of all our needs during our stay, is an incredibly likeable and helpful person. He was right there for all problems and provided us with additional tips on what we could do with the children. We will be happy to come back!
We wouldn’t hesitate to return.
By Emma on 01-Apr-2024We really enjoyed our stay. Claire was very helpful and responsive prior to our trip. Francesco who met us on arrival was fantastic. He was so welcoming and accommodating. The house itself is great especially the outdoor area where we spent most of our time. The beautiful beach is within walking distance and the pool is fantastic. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.

By Jessica on 02-Jun-2024he villa was fantastic, especially the outside area with the patio and swimming pool. Two separate bedrooms with air conditioning. Several beautiful beaches within 20-30 min by car. Only downside is that the bedroom with three beds was a little bit small with three older kids in the room, but we would recommend the villa to anyone. Also, great and quick support from Francesco, the local contact.
