The villa is equipped with AC, ensuring comfort throughout. Situated in a private gated development, this modern villa is one of the few new builds close to the beach. No car is needed, as amenities are within reach. The unique domed brick living room, top-quality furnishings, and modern clean lines create an exceptional atmosphere. Restaurants, snack bars, and a supermarket are all within a 10-minute walk. Perfect for mature groups and families, this villa offers a high standard of comfort and convenience. All linens and towels are provided, completing your luxury getaway experience.Please note price is for 10 in beds extra childs bed or cot and pool heating is paid in cash on arrival

Check in is between 3pm and 9.30pm. No arrivals after 930pm.
Changeover day in Summer is Friday but outside the peak season, we are flexible with duration of stay, prices and changeover day. Therefore, please CONTACT US with your requirements. We will do our best to accommodate your request. You can also find us on Facebook Oasis Holiday Villas. We have 4 rental villas so please ask regarding availability as we may have alternatives.
Every guest will receive a pool towel for duration of their holiday and there is a hairdryer.
LOCATION

By Adam Darlow on 25-Jul-2025From the moment we booked Oasis Holiday Villas we couldn’t wait to arrive….this is the most stunning villa we have stayed in – we were incredibly impressed from the minute we walked in. Perfect for a large group, extended family etc. We were 2 families travelling together (4 Adults and 5 Children) we got to enjoy each other’s company and could also retreat to our own area if desired. The villa is incredibly spacious – from the huge grassed area, amazing pool, fantastic communal living and dining space and a lovely kitchen. Every bedroom is spacious, well appointed and has an ensuite – everything felt spacious and luxurious. The main attraction for us was how private each villa is and very safe for our children with gated access, we will definitely book again. Tracy and Manfred always on hand if we needed anything and Manfred delivered fresh bread, croissants and Portuguese tarts which was a lovely touch.

By mike m on 22-Jul-20245/5 Perfect Incredibly well designed and thought out Villa in a fantastic location, private, quiet but within easy reach of a beautiful beach (and beach bar restaurant) 500m and a host of other great restaurants. Sits in a secured, gated, private development of six high end properties. Manfred and Tracey developed the site over a number of years and still own a number of the properties and manage those that are rented out. They take incredibly good care of ever aspect of the exclusive little development, I suspect they have put their heart and souls into it over the years and it shows. Every aspect of the Villa has been designed thoughtfully and to the highest standard. The fabric of the building is first class. Very secure, fully alarmed and security shutters which would secure the villa with a press of one button. Three generations of the same family stayed, plenty of room and privacy for all, never felt under each others feet down to the size of the place and its design. The beach on the doorstep has a fantastic beach bar/restaurant serving very good food in a beautiful setting and the 9 minute stroll back is an absolute pleasure, last orders around 9.30pm I believe for food. High quality restaurants within anything between 5 and 15 minutes stroll, Perfection. 7/22/2024 at 10:48 AM
