Well furnished villa ideally located for easy walking distance to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Perfect for a family looking to holiday without the need to hire a car. Should you wish to get a taxi/bus (3 minutes walk) or hire a car Marbella is a 10 minute drive, Puerto Banus just 15 mins or if you are partial to golf there’s 6 nearby golf courses to choose from.The villa is split over 2 levels with a top floor and ground floor each with a kitchen, lounge and 2 bedrooms. The lower floor has access to the terrace and very nice pool area. The villa benefits from sea views and plenty of outside space with a wonderful large lawn area overlooking the pool, perfect for all the family to relax during your stay.

Located in a residential area with excellent access to the beach, shops and amenities making your self catering holiday easy and without the need of hiring a car.
The top floor leads into a spacious air conditioned, bright and airy open plan living space, perfect for socialising during your stay. The lounge has WiFi internet, 2 large comfy sofas, a couple of coffee tables and a large 40 inch TV with BBC, Sky News and a few more channels. The dining area has an octagonal dining table with 6 chairs, sliding doors provide access to a balcony with sea view, outside dining tables and chairs.
The ground floor kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances so self catering is easy. There is a separate utility room housing the dishwasher and washing machine.
There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the top floor, 1 double bedroom with single portable bed and a twin bedroom. The ground floor has a family bathroom with shower, , WC and washbasin,
The lower floor has a second kitchen, which is also well equipped with modern appliances including; washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, utensils and crockery. There is a small table in the kitchen with 2 chairs and 2 stools. There is a second living room on this floor with corner sofa and TV with Sky News and a few more channels.
This level has 2 bedrooms; 1 double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The double bedroom has access to the poolside terrace. Both bedrooms are served by the third bathroom with shower enclosure, WC and washbasin.
Externally, the villa has a large terrace and private pool, BBQ, mature gardens with several comfy sun loungers and many outdoor tables and chairs with parasols. You can choose to relax by the poolside, the ground floor balcony with sea views, front garden or even the side garden. Whether you love sun or shade, there’s plenty of space for all the family to find a spot and relax in peace.

Enjoyable stay at Calahonda
By Green on 09-Feb-2026We had a most enjoyable 3 weeks stay in February at Robert's villa. The villa was very clean and tidy when we arrived and was shown around. A perfect position for the shops, bars and restaurant all within walking distant. We had a car so was able to visit further afield restaurants, bars and places of interest but a car is not absolutely necessary as there are buses nearby. The villa is in a residential location which was lovely and quiet and "felt like home". The swimming pool is not heated but we did brave it a few times for a swim. However there is a heated outside pool a few minutes down the road for a charge which we used.

Great Villa, good location

Robert theVilla owner was quick to reply to any questions we had re BBQ, restaurants in the area and parking etc. the Villa came up to all expectations and website description was spot on. Loads of good restaurants within walking distance, you really don’t need a car although we had one and parking was easy.
60th birthday celebration
By John Shelley on 23-Aug-2025My family and I rented the villa for the last week in August to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday. It was absolutely ideal for us all. My son, his wife and their three children stayed downstairs and the rest of us stayed upstairs. It was a perfect setting, a very short walk to a number of different restaurants, including tapas, Chinese, Indian and Italian plus others. Walk s little further and you find the beach and a number of other places to dine. It's a perfect location if you don't want to drive whilst you're on holiday and I would recommend it to anyone.
Amazing Location!
By Lewis on 19-Jul-2025Took the family for a relaxing break and had an amazing time. Excellent villa in an excellent location. We couldn’t believe how big it was. Robert was super helpful and the villa was clean and tidy. Lovely large balcony to sit in the evening which was a bonus. Great location too. I’m sure we will be back.
