Description
Located on its own property on the exclusive Kalamaki Peninsula, our Villa Maestrali features a private pool overlooking Kolios Bay, and has three air-conditioned bedrooms, accommodating up to six guests. Our holiday home's most striking features, however, are its two terraces with east and south-west sea views. Spend time on the terraces sunbathing, daydreaming, reading in the shade of the electric awning on the south-west terrace, and taking in the wonderful tranquility of the gorgeous views. After the stunning sunset, take in the awning to enjoy a home-cooked meal al fresco while gazing at the beautiful Milky Way expanding endlessly across the clear Skiathos sky. Villa Maestrali is just a 3-minute drive, or 10-minute stroll down to beautiful Blue-Flagged Vromolimnos Beach, with its crystal clear blue water.Amenities
Our tasty and complementary grocery welcome package will ensure a relaxed and smooth arrival, and will help you settle in easily. The package consists of high quality, local, organic produce along with beverages such as water, juice for the children, beer, red and white wine. No need to rush out for shopping after a long day of travelling.
The lovely interior of Villa Maestrali greets you with soothing pastel colours and newly tiled floors. The airy, spacious living room offers access to the large terrace through several french doors. The open floor plan also provides easy access to the comfortable dining area, spacious enough to seat 6, and the well-equipped, open-plan kitchen featuring marble worktops. Foodies and cooking fans will find fresh Mediterranean herbs for their use growing just outside the kitchen door.
The air-conditioning in all three twin bedrooms grant cool refuge in the summer months, while providing warmth in the cooler season. Furthermore, each bedroom has direct access to at least one terrace with a sea view.
Recently, both bathrooms/WC were rebuilt, beautifully retiled and appointed with all new fixtures and whites. Both have wall-mounted hair-dryers for your use.
Beach and pool towels are also provided to further help reduce your luggage.
Skiathos Island - Emerald of the Aegean
With its blue, crystal clear waters and lush green vegetation, Skiathos Island offers more than sixty beautiful, sandy beaches, all reachable within minutes. Many of them have colourful tavernas with excellent fresh home cooking, making for delicious lunch options and providing great snacks, right by the water. The Blue-Flagged Vromolimnos Beach nearby, offers various water sports, to keep you active during your vacation.
Skiathos town, with its large choice of shops, cafés, tavernas and lively nightlife is just a 15-minute drive away. Here, you can enjoy movies all shown in English at the lovely, old open-air cinema located on the town's main street. Because Skiathos was the filming location of the film "Mama Mia", there is a showing for the fans at least once a week, which is always a fun event with snacks and drinks.

Popular with our 20 somethings and their friends whose bedrooms and bathroom are separate from the main house. Big open plan sitting room, dining room and well-equipped kitchen. Cleaners twice weekly plus pool man and gardener. Friendly and responsive owners nearby if any issues.
We Loved Our Stay
By Ann Danneberg on 25-Jul-2024We loved our stay at Villa Maestrali. Walking distance to a lovely beach and taverna, for days we chose to leave the privacy of our pool. One of the highlights was the personal service we received from a kitchen stocked with essentials, to meeting us at the airport to help with car hire. And to top it off, dining on the patio at sunset is second to none. There is no reason to choose another villa!! We will definitely be back.
4th Visit - Amazing Stay

The villa is spacious and extremely well equipped and there is excellent air con in all bedrooms (much needed in July!). The views are outstanding. Located on the Kanapitsa peninsula in a beautiful, quiet and peaceful area. We would highly recommend having a car (particularly if you have children). After many visits to the island some of our favourite taverna recommendations are: Lo & La, The Final Step & Johnny’s. Thank you Elisabeth for always being the most helpful and welcoming host! We can’t wait to return!
Lovely Villa - Fabulous Sunsets
By June C. on 05-Aug-2024Lovely villa. Have been before and will return again. The views are incredible, fabulous sunsets. The pool is the perfect temperature and a great beach is ten minutes walk away. We had three young children who have all loved it.
Another Fabulous Stay - Excited to be Returning 2025

Gorgeous sea views from both sides of the house that capture both sunrise and sunset, large pool and very nice outdoor eating area, comfortable air conditioned bedrooms and great cooks' kitchen. A generous welcome basket of food on arrival and super-helpful hosts on hand if needed. Sad to leave but excited to be returning next summer!
