Villa Eleanor - in a prime location. One of the very few rental properties with walking distance of Sivota Bay. The Villa is accessed via a tarmac road, not a dirt road as with many other villas in the area.
Welcome to Villa Eleanor a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Villa, that spans across two floors.
The top floor consists of an open plan fully equipped Kitchen, including 4 burner electric hob, oven, dishwasher and coffee maker.
The living, dining area, has ample seating room for both dining and lounging. There's also a 43'' smart TV.
Large sliding doors lead to a large balcony with an outside dining table, close to the BBQ. From here you can enjoy spectacular views of the entrance to the bay and neighboring Islands of Ithica and Meganisi. Watching the sail boats come and go throughout the day is just mesmerizing.
Also located on the top floor is one double bedroom with A/C and a bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin.
The lower level consists of a large Master Bedroom, with A/C, a floor to ceiling wardrobe, a chest of draws and two bedside tables.
The bedrooms large sliding doors lead to a covered seating / bar area, with bar stools and an under counter fridge. This area leads onto the large patio and the 5mx8m private infinity pool with Roman steps. Out on the patio you will find plenty of loungers and a nice shady corner for a spot of book reading. The lounging area is surrounded by gardens lush shrubs, fruit trees and Olive Trees, which adds to the privacy of the property
Also, on the ground floor you will find a twin bedroom with A/C and doors to the pool area. A bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hand basin and a storage cupboard with washing machine.
Villa Eleanor is approximately a 10 to 15 minute walk into Sivota Bay, where you will find a mix of restaurants serving traditional dishes and freshly caught fish. Along with several mini markets and a bakery serving fresh bread daily. There's also some souvenir shops and a pharmacy.
The neighboring village of Marantochori is approximately a 5 minute drive from the villa, where you will find two larger supermarkets and a couple of Lovely traditional tavernas.
There's no end of things to do and places to see in and around Sivota Bay. Why not hire a day boat from Yannis at Ionion Taverna and cruise along the coastline exploring the beautiful caves. You can even pop over to Meganisi for a spot of lunch.
If boating is not for you, the stunning beach of Afteli is approximately a 10 minute drive from the villa, where you will also find a small beach bar serving refreshments.
The larger towns of Vasilki or Nidri are approximately a 20 minute drive from the villa where you will find a mixture of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops.
You can also book day trips to the neighboring islands of Ithica and Kefelonia from Vasilki port.

Payment Policy:
A 30% deposit is required upon booking and the balance of the payment is required 10 weeks prior to arrival. Payments required via BACS, Pounds and Euros accepted.
Cancellation Policy:
A 75% refund will be issued for cancellation up to 10 weeks prior to arrival. A 50% refund will be issued up to 8 weeks prior to arrival and a 25% refund thereafter.

Leave ReviewA little bit of Heaven - Visit two!
By Dudley and Penny on 10-Nov-2025This is our second visit to Villa Eleanor and i have to say, it never fails to impress. We stayed in May and loved it so much that when we returned home, we booked again for October. The Villa’s proximity to the village of Sivota makes it a prime location. With an easy 10 minute stroll down to the many bars, restaurants and bakeries. A particular favorite of ours was Sivota Bakery, which serves delicious breakfasts, fresh bread, and sweet treats. The Villa itself is very well equipped, making it very easy to settle in as if it were home for a week or so. Although we had a little rain on this visit, the seating area downstairs is located underneath the balcony, so we were still able to sit outside and read, sheltered from the rain. We honestly cannot recommend this Villa and the area enough. We will most defiantly be planning our next visit again soon.
Fabulous Location
By Mariana on 09-Oct-2025We had a wonderful time at Villa Eleanor in Sivota for our 3 weeks holiday to Lefcada in September 2025. The villa has a fantastic location, offering a secluded view of Sivota harbour from the terasse. The villa has an infinity pool and different outdoor sitting areas; the rooms are spacious and there is a well equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms, although slightly outdated. The owner, Natalie, who is self managing the bookings, was very attentive and answered all our queries promptly.
Perfect family holiday
By Ross Champion on 30-Aug-2025We had an amazing stay at Villa Eleanor! The villa is really well equipped and thoughtfully laid out, with good-sized rooms that are both comfortable and spacious. The pool area is fantastic – definitely a highlight – we spent hours soaking up the sunshine there. The views are absolutely stunning, and you can easily walk down to beautiful Sivota, where there are plenty of great tavernas to choose from. There’s so much to do around the island, with incredible beaches to explore (tip: go early morning or late afternoon as parking can be tricky). Renting a boat for the day is a must – the best way to discover nearby islands and hidden tavernas. Villa Eleanor is the perfect spot for both relaxation and fun. Highly recommended! And a big thank you to Natalie, who was such a great host – super friendly and always quick to respond whenever we had a question.

By Janice Price on 12-Aug-2025Villa Eleanor is a wonderful, spacious villa with 3 good sized bedrooms, very comfortable beds and 2 shower rooms. The kitchen/diner/living room is large and opens to an upstairs terrace with outside dining. It has everything that you need! The pool is large and there is plenty of shade and a pool umbrella; needed in August. One of it’s best features has to be the location as it is only a 15/20 minute walk to the small town of Sivota, a feature that is hard to find! We have visited Sivota several times and it is truly a wonderful place to stay in; the tavernas are excellent, boats can be hired for the day easily and it is a great place to watch the sailing boats. Would recommend!
A Little Bit of Heaven

It has an attractive garden having several terraces, so we were able to find our own space when we wanted a quiet read. The purpose-built BBQ works well. The views out to sea and across the valley are stunning. A ten minute walk downhill takes you to the timeless harbourside village of Sivota which has more than enough good restaurants, the proprietors of which are very friendly and helpful. Boats may be hired at the quayside and we spent an interesting day on the water. We highly recommend this villa for your holiday; we stayed this year in May, loved it so much that we have booked again for October.
A Wonderful Holiday To Remember

The rooms are nicely set out with a fully equipped kitchen (although we went down to the restaurants and tavernas mostly) there was everything we needed to cook a meal and we did stay in a some of the time and used the BBQ so to enjoy the views at night. The facilities were excellent, plenty of sunbeds and room around the swimming pool, its very peaceful and quite Food in the various restaurants around Sivota Bay was plentiful and there's a great number of choices, the staff always took time to enquire if everything was ok and if there was anything we required. Altogether we would recommend this to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday and good local food. Will almost certainly be considering Villa Eleanor in future holiday plans.
