Description
Villa Helena is a beautiful four bedroom villa, situated in a quiet area of Malhao, overlooking countryside with sea view and situated in over 6,000 square meters of private land.Villa Helena is a true haven of tranquillity and relaxation Mediterranean style.
There are three restaurant/bars within walking distance. Santa Margarida has a Bar/restaurant and is only a 15 minute walk.
Santo Estavao is a five minute drive from the villa and has a Bar/Restaurant plus two well stocked local supermarkets.
The beach at Tavira is about 4.5 kms from the villa.
The villa is 4 kms from the town of Tavira and 27kms from Faro Airport.
The villa consists of two double en-suite bedrooms and two twins all with fitted wardrobes. Sleeps 8 Comfortably.
All the bedrooms have balconies with three overlooking the swimming pool.
There is one family bathroom and one guest bathroom. Large lounge with Satellite TV and a DVD player, WiFi and a Log fire for your comfort during the winter months. French windows in the lounge overlook the pool, A large sitting and dining room, large fully fitted kitchen with all modern facilities and laundry room with automatic washing machine and dishwasher. Maid service twice weekly.
Outside there is a 10 x 5 metres swimming pool, large patio, BBQ and bread oven area.

Lovely spacious villa
By Jacqueline on 22-Jul-2025You enter villa through large kitchen which has separate utility room, there was everything you needed and more. As you go through kitchen you are greeted with a gorgeous staircase leading upto 3 bedrooms, ,(1 double with ensuite leading out to a large balcony) and a family bathroom. Downstairs there is a separate toilet. A double bedroom with ensuite leading out to pool area. Large dinning living room leading out to pool area. Outside large pool. Lots of sunbeds and seating and dinning areas outside. Very relaxing when inside and outside. Excellent wifi, lots of books and games. Very large drive with secure gates. Villa is very isolated but felt very safe and secure, would recommend a car, we didn't but needed to use taxis to go shopping and sight seeing . Pool was cleaned a few times while we were there. Everything was clean . Just my personal prefrence but a little bit of tlc in each bedroom so when you get to the top of the gorgeous staircase you you would get the wow factor if bedding and towels were more matching. The kitchen cupboards could do with a bit of a cear out and organising as they are full. Apart from that we had a great stay would recommend. Good communication with Sue. Thanks for a lovely stay
