Todi
By Mark on 23-Jun-2025We really loved the villa! We were there with all our family, 14 people, to celebrate our silver wedding. There were 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms over 2 floors, it was very well equipped, great aircon in every room (vital as it was 38 degrees outside). The pool was lovely if in need of updating, but that's a small gripe. The outside dining area was lovely with splendid views of the surrounding hills. All in all a fabulous place for our needs.
Large villa
By Ricky on 04-Jul-2025A beautiful villa with plenty of space. You could happily have three families stay here and be comfortable. Mila, the house manager, is friendly, responsive, and works so hard keeping the place clean and the garden looking beautiful - and her recommendations for places to eat were spot-on. The area is beautiful and quiet, surrounded by rolling countryside and the old town of Todi just up the road. We’d definitely stay again in the future."
Fantastic house for large groups
By Sabrina on 25-Jul-2025We had a fantastic week with three families and a total of eight children. The house and its amenities are fantastic. We could comfortably sit on the terrace with 14 people. The pool was perfect, and the seven bathrooms were a wonderful luxury. The air conditioning ensures a pleasant temperature in the house even on hot days. The communication was also excellent! 100% recommendation!
Beautiful villa in quiet place
By Claudia on 06-Jul-2022Everything went well, the house big and comfortable for large groups and the host was always available. When we arrived check in was easy and we found the house clean, but had some problems with insects, which is quite normal considering we are in the countryside! The only problems we had were with WIFI that did not work, and sometimes the electricity having a low kw we had to go next door to reset...
