Description
Villa Mama is located in the village of Torre delle stelle, a quiet, green and well-kept tourist reality in the south of the island of Sardinia.Furnished in a bright and elegant style, this beautiful villa is ideal for those who wish to spend their holidays in a welcoming, functional and well-equipped house with all comforts.
The main entrance to the property immediately highlights the spaciousness of the house with parking for two cars, much appreciated given the short distance to the sea. Directly in front of the house is the public promenade leading to the local beach. A large and varied garden of 3000 square metres with fruit trees, olive trees, flowers and lots of Mediterranean vegetation will make you feel surrounded by nature.
The private swimming pool, thanks to its different levels, is ideal for families with small children and is an indispensable plus on hot summer days.
The various outdoor areas can be used for al fresco lunches and dinners and are easy to find. There are also several places in the garden where you can read a book overlooking the sea or relax on a sunbed by the pool.
Inside, the house is divided into two spacious floors of 130 square metres each. The living area offers a bright dining room with island kitchen, a cosy living room with TV and fireplace. All rooms overlook the large covered veranda.
The sleeping area on the first floor has 4 large and comfortable bedrooms, a practical study with sofa, three full bathrooms and a laundry area.
Villa Mama is fully air-conditioned with underfloor heating in all rooms. Many other comforts are available to guests.
Most amenities of the village are within walking distance (supermarkets, bars, restaurants).
On request home cooking service, midweek cleaning and maid service, professional masseuse, babysitter, tour guides, boat trips.

Leave ReviewWonderful villa near sandy beach
By Stephen C on 13-Sep-2025Villa Mama is a large family villa - our party age range was 10 months to 86 years old and we all had a great time, and the property manager Francesco couldn’t have been more helpful. The beach and basic shops are nearby but travelling to restaurants for instance really require a car because there are no taxis available at all. Overall though a great place to stay.
Beautiful House

The kitchen is well-stocked with all you would need. The house is well-maintained and Francesco was proactive and helpful as we settled in and left.
A perfect place for a family getaway!

The town was peaceful, and the area wasn’t overly “touristy,” which was exactly what our group of six was looking for. The villa is lovely—modern and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and nice bathrooms. The pool was great, and walking to the beach via the steps took only six minutes. The beach was so nice that we spent a lot of time there. We also took advantage of their private chef—highly recommended! There was so much food, and every dish was delicious and of high quality. A huge thank you to our hosts, Giulia (who patiently answered all my questions before arrival!) and Francesco, who really looked after us. He was always available and incredibly kind—his recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and sights truly made our visit memorable.
