The villa's beautiful private surroundings, characterised by their green and luxuriant vegetation, large and comfortable spaces, and proximity to the renowned village of Torre delle Stelle in the south of Sardinia, make it a unique property.Situated approximately 30 minutes by car from Cagliari, Villa Boni boasts a panoramic setting that is both suggestive and unforgettable. The nearest sandy beach, Cann'e Sisa, is less than 20 minutes away on foot.
The property has four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a large living room, a kitchen, laundry facilities, a panoramic veranda, a swimming pool and many other amenities available for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Amenities include free WiFi, two built-in barbecues, a gas barbecue, an outside shower and sun loungers. There is an experienced property manager on site and a car is available on request.
Villa Boni is set in a quiet and harmonious private environment, with a large and lush garden, panoramic views of the coast and an electrolysis pool.
The property has been designed to prioritise comfort and attention to detail, features which set it apart from other houses on the market. Until a few years ago, it was a home for the exclusive use of the owners. Now, it is available to those who appreciate the harmony of colours, the well-kept spaces and the total and permanent privacy.

Leave ReviewWonderful place to stay
By Kai Haupt on 15-Oct-2025We spent our family holiday with five persons in the Villa Boni this October and we liked it very much. The villa had enough space for all of us and the possibilities to sit outside are numerous, so you can change between sun and shadow as you like. And the view over the sea with the sundown is really awesome. You can reach nice beaches around Torre Delle Stelle in a short time. The best part is Francesco who is there every time you need him for answering a question or for some help. Thanks a lot to Francesco! The only thing I had to remark a little critically is, that the beds could be renewed when there is some time.
Very nice place for summer holiday

The sea view was amazing and also garden was very nice. Francesco was very helpful. We went to many beaches arround Torre delle Stelle, all the beaches we visited were wonderful. We had very nice vacation there.
Perfect family holiday in a beautiful villa

Breathtaking villa
By Maike Pleye on 02-Oct-2024We had a wonderful stay in this villa. The villa is really clean and nicely decorated. There was enough space and everything you need for a good vacation. The place is really calm and you can see stunning sunsets from the terrace. We loved it. Also it is so close to beautiful beaches and cute little towns. We were perfectly happy with the accommodation. The communication with Giulia and francesco was absolutely great, they are both so nice and lovely people. Thank you so much, we hope we can come back some time.
Very neat Villa with a wonderful ocean view, garden & pool area
By Nicole on 09-Jul-2023We loved the Villa very much! Inside and outside of the house everything was clean with a well-kept garden. The atmosphere sitting at the terrace is very amazing next the the sunrise and sunset atmosphere. The pool was also very nice! Every bed room has a air conditioning system. Comfortable bed. Two clean and nice bathrooms. Functional kitchen. The household is fully provided from kitchenware, dished, to household items. The pictures in the description are identical to those I took there. The impression corresponds to the reality. One less great point was a not so fast wifi connection. There is a natural road which leads to the house which is not easy to drive and one has to get used to it. The villa is a little bit hidden from the street, so we did not find it at the first try. I would highly recommand this accomodation anytime!
