Description

VILLA AMMNOY is a beautiful, immaculately presented 3 bedroom villa in a large plot amongst a small cluster of private villas in Trapezaki. There is a large L-shaped pool and ample parking, with extensive well- maintained gardens and terraces offering plenty of shaded areas for relaxing and eating outside. There are sea and mountain views, and tavernas and a mini-market are 500m away.
Inside the villa, it is light and airy, fully airconditioned with a well-equipped and furnished kitchen and dining areas. Two sets of patio doors lead from the lounge and dining area on to the flower-decked, covered terrace pool and sun terrace below. There is a separate downstairs cloakroom/toilet.

There is a downstairs bedroom (en-suite), WC, sink, and shower
Two further air-conditioned bedrooms are on the first floor. The first is a twin with a separate en-suite, WC, sink and shower, and patio doors overlooking the pool. The pretty master double-bedded room has a separate en-suite, WC, sink, and shower with patio doors leading to a large balcony overlooking the pool and side terraces with sea views and a covered seating/dining area. There is a Key Safe for cash/valuables in the master bedroom.
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

LIVING ROOM is open-plan incorporating dining areas and fully fitted and equipped kitchen with washer/drier, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster. There is a decorative fireplace, 2 settees, TV with a DVD player. There is a round dining table that seats 6 people, occasional tables and lamps, 3 sets of patio doors leading to the outside terraces and pool.

OUTSIDE. The large L-shaped pool has steps into the pool from the shallow k
end and has built-in lighting. A large pergola with Bar B-Q and large outside dining table and chairs provides an ideal eating area for day and evening dining. The pergola provides ample shade when required. The gardens are extensive and well laid out and maintained with secluded paths surrounding the villa. There is a large lawn area to the front of the villa which is surrounded by colourful bougainvillea and bushes.

CLEANING/TOWELS/LINNEN
All towels and linen are provided. Pool towels are provided. The villa is cleaned and linen changed twice a week including changeover day. The pool is cleaned 3 or 4 times each week and any maintenance or repairs are carried out if required.

Fantastic Holiday Accommodation

We have just returned from a 7 day holiday in Kefalonia and we stayed at Villa Ammnoy. The villa is absolutely beautiful, set in some stunning gardens with a great swimming pool. The views out to sea are amazing as is the view of the mountains at the back of the villa. Whether sitting by the pool, under the pergola or on the upstairs balconies you cannot help but be mesmerised by the beauty and tranquility of this place. Great facilities for outdoor dining with a huge BBQ and covered Pergola. The owner was extremely helpful in answering all our questions before going and even pre-booked a hire car for us which made things so much easier. We were given comprehensive directions to the villa from the airport along with some great recommendations for dining out. It is a great base from which to explore the whole island (whilst car hire is essential to explore the island - you could stay within walking distance of the villa and not get bored of the restaurants and tavernas). I would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone considering a holiday in Kefalonia.

Beautiful peaceful villa in stunning gardens

Just back from a brilliant week in Villa Ammnoy which was perfect for our holiday with our two daughters aged 10 and 8. The villa is excellent and has very comfy beds and everything you could need. The pool is fabulous and are lots of shady spots in the beautiful colourful gardens to chill out. Our girls loved the swing chair and the balcony. Great views - very private but within easy reach of shop and lots of great restaurants. Nearby Trapezaki beach was perfect. We explored the island lots by car and this was a great base to do that from. A really relaxing week in this wonderful friendly unspolit island. Was very hard to leave!

Wonderful, relaxing and luxurious Villa

Our first visit to Kefalonia and this Villa was a perfect base to relax with an amazing sea view or to go an explore the island. Pool is excellent and the location is perfect for beach, restaurants and touring. We should have explored the island more but spent many lazy days by the pool reading and swimming followed by beer, wine and BBQ's. A perfect holiday for us and our teenage daughters. Highlights for visiting are Agostoli town to see the Turtles in the bay. Underground lake in Messanali, Mount Aenos and Robola Vineyard.
