Villa Aqua is a beachfront high-key villa with a spectacular ocean view, a private tennis court, 70 meters away from a beach, 3 km from the Troia golf course and 5 km from the Troia marina and its casino. This property is located between the Tróia Dunes Botanical Reserve and the Arrábida Reserve, just beside the Sado Estuary Natural reserve and the Atlantic Ocean. At your disposal within 5 km: golf course, tennis courts, spa, playground, supermarket, bars, and restaurants.The house has lots of natural lighting and can accommodate 11 people. Its building concept has been based on a spirit of holidays that highlights important aspects of quality of life, such as nature, ocean and sun orientation.
The quietness of the place lets you enjoy the beach with calm waters almost like it was for private use. The garden provides full privacy to the guests as well as space for the children to play. The beachfront terrace with dining tables and barbecue make this home unique and the perfect place for an unforgettable holiday.

The house requires some TLC but is comfortable, well equipped and spacious. Access to the sands of the estuary, the Atlantic beaches and Comporta region offer the perfect backdrop and numerous activities. Overall I would say good value for money, a great team and an excellent place to gather and explore with family and friends.

By Laura C on 10-May-2018We received a very warm personal welcome from the owners, who explained how everything worked and ensured we were happy with everything before they left. Tróia is a truly amazing location, the beach is at the bottom of the garden and is virtually private, very few other people. We were a family group, though our children are adults now and they made full use of the kayaks, tennis court and pool. The villa is very well equipped, beds in the three ensuite rooms are king/super king, some of the showers are also steam rooms, his and hers sinks ,etc. Linen changed weekly and plenty of towels and beach towels. The villa was also cleaned mid way through our stay. Our most memorable trip was dolphin watching as a group live in the estuary. We also enjoyed the Karts at Palmela and the amazing palaces of Sintra. The price of such peace and privacy is a ferry trip to Setúbal if you tire of the restaurants on the Marina or want a sightseeing trip to Sintra or Lisbon which can make the location slightly isolated particularly as the season seems rather short with some places closing mid September.

Seperate bathrooms – pooltable also very nice – very quiet airco system Garden is very pretty. Tenniscourt is really nice and of good quality And the direct entrance to the private beach is a gift from heaven, besides the luxury of the private swimmingpool. Only minus are the relative hard beds. Thank you for having us here and hope to come back some day
