Palazzo Rosadi is a large historic villa with private swimming pool, set in the countryside just 3 km from Monterchi, close to the Tuscany–Umbria border. Sleeping up to 12 guests in six ensuite bedrooms, the villa offers space, privacy, and a peaceful rural setting combined with excellent access to cultural towns, restaurants, and day trips.

Built in 1785 and later enhanced by local artist Luigi Puletti, Palazzo Rosadi retains its original Tuscan character with exposed beams, restored frescoes, and elegant interiors, while offering modern comforts throughout. The villa is ideal for families or groups looking for an authentic countryside stay with high standards of comfort.

A stay at Palazzo Rosadi includes several special experiences at no extra cost. Guests are welcomed with a complimentary welcome buffet on arrival. During the week, an included monastery tour and wine tasting offers insight into local history and traditional winemaking, making this villa particularly appealing for guests interested in food, wine, and culture.

The property is set within 25 hectares of private land, surrounded by mature oak trees, cypresses, and pine woodland. Guests can enjoy walking within the grounds, relaxing in the rose garden, or simply taking in the open countryside views. The private swimming pool (6 m x 12 m) enjoys a panoramic position and is furnished with sunbeds, umbrellas, and a gazebo. The pool area is illuminated at night, and a heated outdoor Jacuzzi is available on request.

The area is perfect for guests who want to experience real local life. Monterchi offers a small selection of shops, cafés, and essential services, while nearby villages and towns provide excellent, family-run trattorias serving traditional Tuscan and Umbrian cuisine. Our guests particularly enjoy exploring the local restaurants in Monterchi, Anghiari, and Sansepolcro, all within an easy drive, where menus focus on seasonal produce, handmade pasta, local meats, and regional wines.

Thanks to its position near the Tuscan–Umbrian border, the villa is well placed for day trips. Arezzo is just 29 km away and offers antiques markets, museums, shops, and excellent dining.
