Description
Casa Verbena is just a short walk to the beach and the very popular Vale do Lobo ‘Praça’, this 3-bedroom townhouse is perfectly located for those who want to be close to where it all happens!The Interior:
The property is furnished with neutral shades giving you that beach-house feel.
The living area has an open plan feel with a connected lounge, dining area, and a good-sized, modern kitchen. The bedrooms are on the ground level and consist of an ensuite master bedroom, a bathroom, and a further 2 twin bedrooms. There is a bathroom on this floor too.
The villa is equipped with UK TV channels.
The Exterior:
The property has a lovely terraced area with a lounge area including a table, and chairs for dining. Also on the terrace, there is a BBQ, and a private plunge pool (which can be heated for an extra charge). Additionally, there is a roof terrace that has views across the Praça and the ocean making it a great spot for sunbathing with a chilled glass of wine!
Location:
Casa Verbena is also just a short walk to the beach and the very popular Vale do Lobo ‘Praça’. Here you will find some of the best restaurants in the area, including Sandbanks, Monty’s, and Amore. There are some fantastic bars here too, and evening entertainment throughout the summer. With the beach, restaurants, amenities, and entertainment on your doorstep, this is a fabulous location. Within a short drive, there are lots of other places to see and explore. From small fishing villages, theme parks, or to one of the many beaches along the coast the Algarve is a fabulous location. All in all a great location to stay.

By David on 05-Aug-2024Absolutely love this villa. Incredible location overlooking the main pool at the Praça and the sea. Beautifully furnished and well equipped. Lovely outdoor space with a great sized pool. And it is always very clean and tidy on arrival.

By David on 05-Aug-2024The 2nd time we have booked with Algarve Villa Selection and also stayed at Casa Verbana. Both are absolutely fantastic. Dawn cannot do enough for us, before and during our stay. Everything was perfect and ran smoothly from the transfers to and from the airport arranged by Dawn to the villa itself which is always incredibly clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend both and we’ll be booking again soon.
