3 Bedroom (Sleeps 6) House in Vale Do Lobo

Description

A villa (townhouse) inside the luxury resort Vale do Lobo on the Algarve coast of Portugal, the oldest and most renown resort on Algarve. Golf, surfing, spa, 300 days of sun - all in one gem of a place.
The location of the villa is in an area that is most suitable for families as well as for golfing groups. Free wireless internet as well as maid service twice a week are included.

In the Vale do Lobo reception it is possible to buy guest card when I have provided them with the names of the guests beforehand. The guest card includes free use of the resort bus. Even so, it is recommended to have a car.

Vale do Lobo have two golf courses, "Royal" and "Ocean", in addition there are large number of other good golf courses within 15 minutes drive. There are several nice beaches nearby, the closest ones less than 2 km away.


The house:
There are 2 floors and a rooftop, your private pool and garden that face into the nearby forest. In this way the house has a feeling of a private home at the same time as being inside the community of the resort.

There are 2 large terraces and 2 gardens. The front garden has a pool, Gas BBQ and a dining area. The back garden is facing the forest, equipped with a dining area for breakfast in the sun in the morning, and shade in the afternoon. A large terrace outside the master bedroom is overlooking the pool and equipped with electric awnings for hot days. The rooftop terrace has view over the whole valley and the sea.

There are 3 separate bedrooms, the master bedroom with a double bed and access to the 1st floor terrace, another on 1st floor with two single beds with a french window and view to the forest, plus one on the ground floor with a double bed and access to the back garden. Every bedroom has a separate bathroom connected to it.

The main room is designed as a large open structure similar to loft architecture, where the dining room and living room are connected. There is light coming through the house from two sides, through the kitchen and to the pool on the other side of the house, this creates a great feeling of openness and outdoor/indoor architecture.

Since the house is in an area that is most suitable for families or groups of adults, we do not rent out to young groups of friends. Parties are not allowed.

Car hire is recommended.

Vale do Lobo is the oldest and most renown resort on the Algarve coast, with amazing golf possibilities right outside your door. There is also a great fitness centre and spa in the resort, as well as 14 tennis courts, playgrounds for childre, a large resort pool, and of course the fabulous beach beneath the cliffs. Access to the Vale do Lobo beach is from the "Praca" with several restaurants, 2 km from the house.
