About the property:
Casa Concha is a detached villa in beautiful gardens with private heated pool and air conditioning located in the popular resort of Vale do Lobo in the Central Algarve. The villa has been recently modernised and has a very attractive private good size south facing garden. The villa is close to the amenities, ie 4 minutes walk to the Vale do Lobo Golf Club and approximately 15 minutes walk to the large sandy beach and Praca where there are bars and restaurants (live entertainment June – September).

Maid service included 6 days a week, excluding public holidays. Cots and highchairs provided at no additional cost.

The villa has a spacious lounge with a TV, DVD player and log burning fire, plus a dining room incorporating a library area. The kitchen is very well equipped and includes gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The washing machine is in a separate area together with an additional fridge freezer.

Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor with a super king size bed and patio doors to the pool area. The lovely ensuite bathroom has twin washbasins with a vanity unit, a walk-in shower and w.c.

Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 are all situated on the first floor.
Bedroom 2 has a king size bed and attractive ensuite bathroom consisting of twin washbasins with vanity unit, bath with shower, and w.c.
Bedroom 3 can be made into either a double with a super king size bed, or alternatively, twin beds. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin with vanity unit and w.c.
Bedroom 4 has twin beds and the ensuite has a walk-in shower, washbasin with vanity unit and w.c.

There is parking for 2/3 cars. The attractive gardens with beautiful planting are very private and include the heated swimming pool (approx 9m x 5m). Pool heating is included in the price except during the winter months of November – March. The dining area outside overlooks the garden and there is also a sofa and chairs in the undercover area of the terrace. The bbq is ideally situated by the pool with a table and chairs nearby. There is plenty of grass area for relaxation and play, ideal for young children, plus a table tennis table. A secluded breakfast area away from the pool is ideal for those wanting peace and quiet.

Casa Concha has been owned by the Robinson family since it was built in 1971 and is a much loved second home for us all. We love to spend time there as a family and it is ideal for all ages and very safe for our five grandchildren. We especially love the garden and pool area which is wonderful to relax in and have the all important BBQ’s! When we can tear ourselves away, the short very scenic walk to the beach and Praca gives us a little exercise. The bars and restaurants there are situated in a lovely position overlooking the sea and the live entertainment from June – September is very popular.

We are regular visitors to this lovely property. It is particularly suited to our 4 generation family with facilities to suit us all. The house and grounds are immaculate and the pool a very good size with the benefit to being heated. The property is ideally located being only a short walk to the beach and the local supermarket which stocks everything you would need. We would highly recommend this property.

Home from Home!

As a family we have had a week’s stay at Casa Concha annually for the last 4 years.

It has become a home from home, is comfortable and well placed in Vale do Lobo – but nice and quiet at the same time.

David & Sheila always make the stay welcoming and enjoyable, we highly recommend it!

Ninth year next year!

We have been to Casa concha villa for eight years and looking forward to our ninth next year which must say a lot about our holidays there. Each year the owners upgrade something in the villa, new bathrooms, improving outside space etc The villa is in a perfect position to walk to the praca for restaurants or the golf club where the men play golf. Have to mention Christina the maid who is fantastic - would love a Christina at home. Already looking forward to next year with bar b q's around the pool Thank you Shelia and David
