Description
A few minutes drive or a 30-minute walk to the extremely popular ‘Praça’ and the beach. This lovely three-bedroom villa in Vale do Lobo has beautiful sea views and is perfect for those who wish to be in a nice, quiet area but are still close to the action.The Interior:
Set on two levels each room is tastefully furnished making you feel right at home. The ground floor consists of a large open-plan lounge/dining area with access to the poolside terrace. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a laundry room, and an ensuite double bedroom on the ground floor too.
The first floor is home to a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room and an ensuite Master bedroom. The Master ensuite has a large bathtub and a private south-facing balcony overlooking the pool deck and sea beyond.
The Exterior:
Outside there is a fabulous terrace, with a covered lounge and dining area that is ideal for alfresco dining. There is a gorgeous inviting pool with very comfortable sun loungers available for those wishing to soak up the sun! The pool deck is south-facing with a mature garden surrounding it. The villa has beautiful sea views.
A fantastic feature of the property is the roof-top terrace. Here there is a lounge area with plenty of sunbathing space and the best views across the ocean.
Location:
Within a few minutes drive or a 30-minute walk, you can be at the beach and The Praça where you will find some of the best restaurants in the area, including Sandbanks, Monty’s, and Amore. There are some fantastic bars here too and evening entertainment throughout the summer. With the beach, restaurants, and entertainment on your doorstep, this is a fabulous location.

Lovely time
By Kat on 26-Sep-2024I stayed here with my Mum and Sister and we had a really lovely time. We’ve been to Vale Do Lobo a few times now and usually book the Vale Do Lobo villas/apartments. This time we wanted something more homely and we’re so glad we chose Villa Tacca and booked through Algarve Villa Selection. The villa is located in a lovely quiet area of Vale Do Lobo. It’s really spacious and homely and we felt more than comfortable in it. It has all the utensils, glasses, plates etc. that you need. There is a great BBQ outside too which we used most evenings. There are loads of seating options indoor/outdoor, a great utility room with washer/dryer, big comfy sofa and TV with more than enough choices (UK TV channels), large beds, than enough wardrobe space, towels and separate pool towels. There was also a cleaning service 3 times during our stay – the cleaners were so lovely too! The pool area is great, spacious, has loads of sun loungers and chairs and the pool is a great size! The villa is only a 10 minute walk to the local Pingo Doce shop, which is ideal. It’s also less than 10 mins in an Uber to the larger local supermarkets. We also got a local supermarket to do a food delivery for the day we arrived. You can also walk to Vale Do Lobo beach in around 25 mins or less. The WiFi could have been a bit better upstairs as it didn’t really work all the time (fine if you have roaming with your service provider and don’t need WiFi). Overall the villa was so lovely but it could maybe do with a little bit of love (a couple of things were slightly dated (curtains, cushions, sun loungers etc.) but really nothing major at all and certainly wouldn’t stop me staying again! Dawn at Algarve Villa Selection was just brilliant and really made booking the villa and the whole experience so easy and made us really comfortable that we were taken well care of. The information packs provided and on hand service is beyond what I expected from a booking provider! I would definitely look to book with them again.
Amazing
By Lucy on 06-Jul-2022Villa Tacca was simply amazing. It was everything we wanted and completely felt like a home from home. The property is kitted out with everything you could possibly need - BBQ tools, air con, glassware, outdoor dining plates/jugs, iron, hairdryers, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and TVs fitted with Sky Sports which was a bonus for my husband! The villa is perfectly located in VDL and in walking distance to most things including the supermarket. I found it handy that you can jump in an uber from the villa and also use uber eats for take aways which was great. In addition to Dawn from Algarve Villa Selection, the Portuguese property manager was also on hand to answer any questions whilst we were there which was super helpful. I was initially worried about how secure the villa would be but I couldn't have felt any safer thanks to the house alarm and the security guards that I noticed patrolled the area. We were accommodated an early check in which made our arrival run super smoothly and then on our final day we secured our luggage at the local tennis academy and was able to use their shower facilities for free before leaving to go home. We will 100% be returning next year.
