Casa dos Arcos. Perfectly located, about 7 minutes walk to beach and golf, charming detached villa, ideal for family holidays. The garden gate opens on to the 18th Fairway of the Royal Golf Course and it is a short walk to the Supermarket, Medical Centre, the famous Tennis Centre (weekly group coaching), the Golf Club with Royal Spa, and the Beach. There is a Children's Club near the Beach. Casa dos Arcos is built on one level and ideal for all ages, the furniture is traditional and comfortable. It is surrounded by a large garden offering sun and shade and plenty of room for children to play. There is a paved terrace with kidney-shaped private swimming pool, sun loungers with cushions, umbrellas and chairs. The covered verandah with dining table is perfect for sheltered meals at all times, and a secluded roof terrace offers a lovely spot for sunbathing or an evening drink as the sun goes down. We have a fine selection of buckets, spades, games, books and BBQ. This villa feels like a home rather than a letting property.

Washing machine and tumble dryer outside in separate utility cupboard.
We have Dyson room fans for summer and electric heating for winter.
WIFI is included.

All bed linen, towels and swimming towels are included.
Cots and High Chairs can be rented, by arrangement, locally through the Managing Agent.

There is a regular maid service included, but please note that this service is not available on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Vale do Lobo is approximately 20 minutes drive from Faro Airport. The villa is situated close to the Security Centre and car hire is not essential.

We ask for a 30% non-refundable deposit to confirm the booking with the balance payable 12 weeks before arrival. Travel/cancellation insurance is strongly recommended as refunds are not possible. Names and ages of guests staying at the villa are required within 24 hours of booking. The minimum age of renters is 30 years old with the lead booker staying in the property for the duration of the reservation. We are a non-smoking/non-vaping villa, no pets and no events. Guests are responsible for damage and breakages and we ask that you please report any damage to the local Managing Agent.

Check in is after 4pm and Check out by 11am unless by arrangement with Owner.

We are full Resort members and can authorise reduced golf by arrangement for guests.

Long Winter lets December to March, minimum 4 weeks £500 per week for 2 people.

We are fully Tourist Licensed, now a legal requirement.
A small Municipal Tourist Tax is now applicable for guests 16 years and over.
