This beautiful two bed duplex apartment is located within minutes of the glorious beaches, finished to a very high standard and having three wonderful terrace areas with breathtaking sea views, sun loungers, parasol and jacuzzi, The property is located on the fabulous Vale do Lobo beach, golf and tennis resort for you to relax and enjoy the Algarve sunshine. Sorry this property is not available to young groups.

The entrance door is located on the first floor, there is a small hall leading to the right a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and shower room. There are sliding patio doors onto a small balcony with views to the front of the block. Turning left from the front door and down a few steps leads into the bright and light lounge dining area with spectacular sea views, the terrace has a Charcoal BBQ and table and 4 chairs. Off of the lounge is a galley style fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine.

Upstairs leads to a huge master bedroom with large ensuite bathroom with bath and sep shower, the master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and sliding patio doors with breathtaking sea views to wake up to!

Another set of stairs leads to the two terraces, one faces the front of the block with the other facing the sea. There are 4 sun loungers, a table with parasol and 6 chairs and jacuzzi.

Portugal now charge a Tourist tax which is payable in cash on arrival, for the winter months 1st Nov to 31 March 1 euro per person per night up to a max of 5 euros (5 nights). In the summer months 1st April to 31 Oct 2 euros per person per night up to a max of 10 euros (5 nights). Children under 16 years of age do not need to pay.
