Light, modern and airy, this renovated ground floor 2 bed apartment makes perfect holiday accommodation with a lovely south west facing large terrace for al fresco dining. It is conveniently located on the Vale do Lobo 5 star beach resort with the facilities including a beach with 7 restaurants, Spa, 2 x golf courses, tennis centre and a supermarket onsite.The apartment has two bedrooms and 2 shower rooms, the second bedroom is small and only has room for two single beds, bedside table and a lamp, there is also a TV in this room and air con. The apartment has underfloor heating and split units for air con and heating, the open plan kitchen and living area lead onto a terrace with garden views. The terrace has a table and 4 chairs, two sunbeds, a gas BBQ and an electric awning for the hot summer months.
Please note additional charges to use the communal swimming pools, for the tennis centre pool it is 12 euros per person per day (subject to price change). The praça pool it is 36 euros per person per day (subject to change). Golf, tennis, spa all at additional charges. Guests can purchase a discount card for discounts on facilities.
Portugal now charge a Tourist tax which is payable in cash on arrival, for the winter months 1st Nov to 31 March 1 euro per person per night up to a max of 5 euros (5 nights). In the summer months 1st April to 31 Oct 2 euros per person per night up to a max of 10 euros (5 nights). Children under 16 years of age do not need to pay.
