Description
This is a detached villa with 2 plus 1 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, open plan kitchen and dining area with access to the side, rear and front terraces and air con in the bedrooms and ground floor area. There is a good space outside for relaxing, sun bathing or dining al fresco. The first floor bedroom has a small sea view. The first floor terrace has an outside TV so you don't miss any favourite programmes or Sports.The villa has a large terrace at the front, side and back of the property, on entering the front door there is a small lounge area with gas fire, sofa, chair and TV. There are a few stairs up to the open plan kitchen and dining area with a door to access the side terrace.
On this floor there is a kingsize bedroom and ensuite shower room.
The stairs lead up to a second bedroom where there is a shower room adjacent. This room has a sea view.
A few steps up to the converted room where there is a sofabed and another terrace.
The location could not be more perfect as just a few minutes walk to the famous Vale do Lobo beach and Praça.
The Vale do Lobo resort has two outdoor pools, the Tennis centre pool is an additional cost 12 euros per person per day (subject to change) to be paid at the tennis reception. The praça pool is also an additional cost of 36 euros per person per day (subject to change), a weekly guest card can be purchased for 62 euros per week for a 50% discount.
There are two golf courses, a Spa, a tennis centre, fitness centre and lots of activities onsite see the reception for details.
Portugal now charge a Tourist tax which is payable in cash on arrival, for the winter months 1st Nov to 31 March 1 euro per person per night up to a max of 5 euros (5 nights). In the summer months 1st April to 31 Oct 2 euros per person per night up to a max of 10 euros (5 nights). Children under 16 years of age do not need to pay.
