The house has 3-bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus an additional cloakroom, it has been fully refurbished and furnished to a very high standard in 2019. There is underfloor heating, a gas fire and aircon/heating units throughout.

The large terrace at the back of the property has a spacious outside dining area along with sunbeds for the sun lovers and a jacuzzi to cool off in summer or warm up in winter. The terrace is accessible through the large patio doors leading directly from the open plan ground floor lounge where there is a large remote controlled gas fire for those chilly winter evenings and kitchen which is fully equipped and has a separate utility room with washing machine, dryer and extra freezer.
On this floor there is also a double bedroom with separate bathroom and a WC Social.

On the First Floor you will find the master suite with views overlooking the lake and communal gardens and full en-suite bathroom complete with a free-standing bath and separate shower. The master bed comes with a luxurious feature, a TV which appears at the touch of a button from the end of the bed.

The second bedroom can be made up as a double or 2 singles with en-suite shower room and balcony to sit and read, or just relax with your morning coffee overlooking the lake and communal gardens.

The Villa has an alarm system and electric shutters for added security and also to ensure a good nights sleep.

You will find access to a front terrace from the first floor overlooking the Vale Do Lobo tennis centre and access to the staircase which leads to a larger roof terrace, comfortable beds and a bar with stools with magnificent views.

The tennis centre is directly opposite and only a few minutes’ walk to a communal pool and bar area, and of course the courts if you feel like a game.

A fifteen minute stroll will take you to the beautiful Marias or Vale Do Lobo beach with bars and restaurants for you to enjoy.
The centre of Vale Do Lobo which is where the Praça is located, there is also another communal pool, lively bars and a superb choice of international restaurants , all within walking distance of this well located and stylish Villa.

The Tennis centre pool is an additional cost 12 euros per person per day (subject to change) to be paid at the tennis reception. The praça pool is also an additional cost of 36 euros per person per day (subject to change), a weekly guest card can be purchased for 62 euros per week for a 50% discount. Sorry but not available to young groups.

Portugal now charge a Tourist tax which is payable in cash on arrival, for the winter months 1st Nov to 31 March 1 euro per person per night up to a max of 5 euros (5 nights). In the summer months 1st April to 31 Oct 2 euros per person per night up to a max of 10 euros (5 nights). Children under 16 years of age do not need to pay.
