Large roof terrace with more woven table chairs and sunloungers, sea view to the south, hills and Ecoparque to the north. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Maid service once a week. Towels and linen provided. Beach towels provided.

By Mr Burrows on 11-Jun-2023Excellent Host and Niki was on hand during our booking process and gave us all the information we needed, Villa well presented and very clean, very good to deal directly with the owner of the property we know the area well having visited many times over the last 20 years. We had some concerns over booking due to the French air strikes and local ground staff striking Niki was very understanding and was flexible with her terms should the worse happen, which made us feel much more comfortable with proceeding. Thankfully all went to plan and we would return again. Quiet location yet close to amenities shops and the excellent bars and restaurants just an 5euro Uber away.

Immaculate villa with luxurious touches.

We're very fussy indeed and used to staying in five star hotels and I always feel slightly nervous booking rental villas as you don't know what you're getting but I was not disappointed here. The owner is very professional and responded quickly to any emails and questions. She clearly cares a great deal for the property and for her guests' experiences. We enjoyed luxury touches such as the extremely high quality fine bed linens and decent towels. So often rental villas have thin rubbish towels and cheap bedding and I wouldn't have that at home so why put up with it on holiday! The villa is stylishly decorated with comfortable sofas, new TV, fast wifi and a very well-equipped kitchen. There's a Nespresso machine, and although we don't drink coffee much, for those who do this is welcome I'm sure. The pool is smallish but large enough for a dip and playing in for children. There is a lovely roof terrace with a view but you do have to go through the master bedroom with your drinks/ food/ guests to get to it. You definitely need a car here but then that's the case for all Vale do Lobo villas really as it is quite a large resort. Fab local restaurants include Maria's and BJ's. Visit Faro old town or Tavira for days out in more authentic Portuguese settings. Overall a very lovely villa with an impressively attentive and 'professional' owner who goes above and beyond. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.
Villa in the sun
By Pam on 10-Dec-2014Had a lovely week in this gorgeous villa with my husband and grown up son and daughter. Very spacious with lots of outdoor seating on different levels. Beautifully furnished, like a home from home. Beds really comfortable with lovely bedding. We all loved it and would definitely rent again.

All mod cons, brilliant large screen tv and very fast internet which is a must with two teenage daughters!! Lovely peaceful setting, only 10 minute walk to the beach. Beautiful views from the roof terrace. Would definitely recommend, five out of five.

The listing description regarding location and layout was accurate, though were surprised to find the description of facilities/equipment was understated, particularly in the kitchen. During the hot spells we loved using the different terraces - comfortably furnished and all with views - the roof terrace has a sea view and the villa backs on to unspoiled pine forest. In cooler periods the Cable TV and log burner were great. Maid service was provided 3 times per week and the owner gave excellent customer service via instant e-mail return. Before the start of our holiday Nicki had provided directions and useful info on local restaurants/facilities. The local agents were also helpful and on hand. We would definitely recommend this property to others and hope to make a return visit ourselves. Thanks Nicki!
Fantastic accommodation
By Fraser B on 08-Jun-2015This a fantastic villa in a great location, close enough to walk to the Praca but far enough away to be relaxing. Great panoramic views from the roof terrace and the villa is modern, tastefully decorated and has all modern appliances. Wish we could have stayed for a few more weeks but will hopefully return next year.
