Villa 39A and its sister property Villa 39B are two semi-detached attractive villas situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac in Vilamoura, around 2.5 km from the centre of Vilamoura-Marina. The town of Quarteira is also only 5 minutes drive away-also 2.5 km. These villas are typically Portuguese in style and are surrounded by extremely well tended gardens. Both villas are furnished and equipped to a high standard and very spacious ideal for all the family. Fully Licensed holiday villas.Villa 39A - 4 Bedrooms, sleeps 8 adults plus one baby is a slightly larger villa of the two, has 4 bedrooms of which there are 2 doubles and 2 twins. One twin is on the ground floor level being the other three bedrooms on the first floor.
The ground floor features a spacious living/dining room, which is comfortably furnished with dining seating for 10 with patio doors to the side garden.
The kitchen is country style in design with a small breakfast bar. It is well equipped with microwave, toaster, electric kettle, fridge freezer, cooker and electric oven. The kitchen also has a small living section with sofa and chairs. It is also equipped with a washing machine and a dishwasher.
The ground floor level has a full bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The first of the 3 bedrooms (double) on the first floor is medium sized and has a veranda and a large en-suite bathroom with a feature corner bath. The second is a twin bedroom very bright and spacious and the third (double) is again spacious with a large veranda. LED cable TV with a variety of international channels. In the back garden there is a private pool 8 by 4 meters as well as a BBQ set in a rich atmosphere of tropical palms and plants.
During a week´s stay we provide a midweek clean with change of towels. As for a 2 week's stay we do the midweek cleans, plus a clean and change towels and sheets on the 8th day.
Check-ins are by standard after 4PM, but for early arrivals, if the villa is not yet ready for check-in, we can receive the luggage while guests go for a coffee or lunch till it's ready. Check-outs are at 10AM in order to prepare the villa for the new arriving guests. Again we can keep the luggage of the guests checking out, till they have their pick-ups to the airport from the villa and in the meantime spend some time and relax in a coffe shop or marina.
Close by, at 1,5 km away there are 2 fully stocked supermarkets which meet all your needs, during your holiday, including a variety of fresh baked bread at all times, 7 days a week from 8 AM till 10 PM. In the town of Quarteira, you can easily find many family run restaurants with traditional meals at very economical prices. The Marina of Vilamoura offers a variety of restaurants, bars, and entertainment, including water sports. Zoomarine and Aquashow water parks is a must for the younger ones.

By Lynn on 02-Nov-2025Carlos such a great host, always on hand to check we had everything we needed which we did. It’s a beautiful villa, spotlessly clean and very roomy. Lovely outdoor space too with excellent pool, well tended gardens plenty of chairs and loungers.

Seul petit bémol : la météo n’a pas été clémente pour pouvoir profiter de la piscine durant notre séjour, mais cela n’a pas empêché de passer un bon moment. Je recommande !

The property is extremely well looked after and very clean throughout, with everything you need to truly make yourself at home for the duration of your stay. The pool and gardens are perfect; it's clear that Carlos puts a lot of effort into maintenance. The villa is situated on a very quiet road, only a 15 minute walk to Continente or Pingo Doce, and around 30 minutes to Quarteira beach.We will definitely be returning and would recommend this place to anybody looking to stay in an Algarve Villa.
