Description
Villa 39B the 3 bedroom villa is slightly smaller than 4 bedroom 39A next door. On the first floor there are 2 twin bedrooms, sharing a full bathroom. One of these twin rooms opens out onto a large veranda. The third bedroom, a double is on the ground floor and opens out onto a pleasant terraced area. There is a full bathroom downstairs with a large wide walk-in shower. Also on the ground floor there is a spacious living/dining room, furnished in comfortable Portuguese style. The dining area seats 8 people. French doors lead out onto the side garden. The country style kitchen has a small breakfast bar, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, and electric oven. This villa has a safety deposit box and LED cable tv featuring a number of international speaking channels as well as fibre WiFi. In the back garden there is a private pool 8 by 4 meters as well as a BBQ set in a rich atmosphere of tropical palms and plants.During a week´s stay we provide a midweek clean with change of towels. As for a 2 week's stay we do the midweek cleans, plus a clean and change of towels and sheets on the 8th day.
Check-ins are after 4PM but for early arrivals, if the villa is not yet ready for check-in, we can receive the luggage while guests go for a coffee or lunch till it's ready. Check-outs are at 10AM in order to prepare the villa for the new arriving guests. Again we can keep the luggage of the guests checking out, till they have their pick-ups to the airport at the villa while they spend some time in an esplanade or by the Vilamoura marina.
Close by, at 1,5 km away there are 2 fully stocked supermarkets which meet all your needs, during your holiday, including a variety of fresh baked bread at all times, 7 days a week. In the town of Quarteira, you can easily find many family run restaurants with traditional meals at very economical prices. The Marina of Vilamoura 2,5 km away offers a variety of restaurants, bars, and entertainment, including water sports. Zoomarine and Aquashow water parks is a must for the younger ones.
Villa 39A and its sister property, Villa 39B are two semi-detached attractive villas situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac in Vilamoura, around 2,5 km from the marina. The next town of Quarteira is also only 5 minutes drive away. These villas are typically Portuguese in style and are surrounded by extremely well tended gardens. Both villas are furnished and equipped to a high standard and very spacious ideal for all the family. Fully Licensed holiday villa Palm Villas 39B license 14314AL.

Short trip to the port and the beaches. Great area, nice and calm but lots of choice of restaurants and bars Would recommend to anyone

By Andre on 02-Sep-2025O Carlos foi um anfitrião fantástico. A casa está muito bem localizada, numa rua tranquila só com moradias. A zona exterior, incluíndo a piscina é muito agradável. Os quartos são amplos e têm ventoinha. A única coisa que recomendo é instalação de AC para melhorar o arrefecimento dos quartos nas noites mais quentes.
