Description
Villa 39B the 3 bedroom villa is slightly smaller than 4 bedroom 39A next door. On the first floor there are 2 twin bedrooms, sharing a full bathroom. One of these twin rooms opens out onto a large veranda. The third bedroom, a double is on the ground floor and opens out onto a pleasant terraced area. There is a full bathroom downstairs with a large wide walk-in shower. Also on the ground floor there is a spacious living/dining room, furnished in comfortable Portuguese style. The dining area seats 8 people. French doors lead out onto the side garden. The country style kitchen has a small breakfast bar, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, and electric oven. This villa has a safety deposit box and LED cable tv featuring a number of international speaking channels as well as fibre WiFi. In the back garden there is a private pool 8 by 4 meters as well as a BBQ set in a rich atmosphere of tropical palms and plants.During a week´s stay we provide a midweek clean with change of towels. As for a 2 week's stay we do the midweek cleans, plus a clean and change of towels and sheets on the 8th day.
Check-ins are after 4PM but for early arrivals, if the villa is not yet ready for check-in, we can receive the luggage while guests go for a coffee or lunch till it's ready. Check-outs are at 10AM in order to prepare the villa for the new arriving guests. Again we can keep the luggage of the guests checking out, till they have their pick-ups to the airport at the villa while they spend some time in an esplanade or by the Vilamoura marina.
Close by, at 1,5 km away there are 2 fully stocked supermarkets which meet all your needs, during your holiday, including a variety of fresh baked bread at all times, 7 days a week. In the town of Quarteira, you can easily find many family run restaurants with traditional meals at very economical prices. The Marina of Vilamoura 2,5 km away offers a variety of restaurants, bars, and entertainment, including water sports. Zoomarine and Aquashow water parks is a must for the younger ones.
Villa 39A and its sister property, Villa 39B are two semi-detached attractive villas situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac in Vilamoura, around 2,5 km from the marina. The next town of Quarteira is also only 5 minutes drive away. These villas are typically Portuguese in style and are surrounded by extremely well tended gardens. By John L on 19-Jun-2024Ticked all the boxes & we were sorry to leave Carlos was a great host, always contactable and communicated before we arrived. The property was well presented, close to most things, clean and the pictures on the site were accurate. Everything worked down to the knives in the utensil drawer being nicely sharp. The only issues I would have are some traffic noise in the pool area and the ducks in the photographs were seemingly on holiday while we were there. Nothing really to fault it and we will likely stay again next year.

Perfect for Family
By Kirsty on 05-Nov-2024perfect for the family Carlos was an amazing host and couldn't do more for us. house was gorgeous, location was great, we we very aware of it not really being a place you could go for many walks places especially with my elderly mother but got a car one day and used taxi and uber which were all reasonably priced.

Comunicação com Carlos funcionou 100%. Fomos muito bem atendidos e todas as dúvidas eram respondidas muito rapido. Com certeza voltaremos.
