Description
Our villa is a single story detached villa in the very quiet upmarket estate in Vilamoura Portugal. It was extensively (and expensively!) renovated and furnished to a very high standard.The open plan layout in the living area means the villa has a very light airy spacious feel to it leading out to three terraces through sliding doors plus a roof terrace.
A modern designed fully fitted kitchen featuring granite worktops and a full range of high tech appliances plus coffee machine, toaster, juice maker, usb charger fittings and kitchen bar leads straight into the adjoining dining area with table for 6 extendable to 8, the lounge with large smart TV, business level wifi and panoramic window to the garden
All bedrooms have double patio doors to outside, Bedroom One has it's own secluded terrace and Bedrooms three and four access to the balcony overlooking the swimming pool which can be heated out of season,
There are three separate patios and a roof terrace and pergola if you want to be sun burnt which also has beautiful views in the evening, a lovely garden to the front and side with flowers, lawn and Lemon, Lime, Peach, Olive and Orange trees plus two pepper trees and a quiet secluded seating area at the bottom for those who don't want to be disturbed
The main patio at the back has it's own built in BBQ and seats 8 for dining plus sunbathing
Air conditioning in all rooms and heating. Heated towel rails in all the bathrooms.
Solar heating for the hot water that can also be powered up electrically.
Built in digital safes.
The villa is in a very secure setting, locked electric remote gates, secure play and relaxation areas. Parking for a medium sized car internally and very easy parking outside on the road. The Villa works well for families on group holiday or golfers taking advantage of it's close proximity to the 5 main golf courses in Vilamoura.

The pool is not fenced off so young children would definately need supervising although the deep end (2.1m) is furthest from the patio
Maid service is arranged for changing linen every 14 days, garden and pool maintenance once a week and also personal check in and out facilities to introduce guests to the house and what's where!
The estate is very quiet and secluded but very easy to get into the night life areas, leisure, restaurants and sports in Vilamoura centre.
In finishing I would say that if you are into looking at Google street map to look at the area, currently the views are 7 years plus ago and the whole street looks very different now and my house almost unrecognisable!

By Eve Frsser on 29-Aug-2025We stayed at Villa Seara for 2 weeks and it was just bliss. The villa is situated in a lovely quiet residential area and a proper home from home. Martyn, the villa owner has thought of everything and provides lots of information to make your stay easy and comfortable. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing stay and is very spacious and very clean. Outside areas are well maintained and the roof terrace is fab, especially in the evening! We just loved it and will definitely be back!
A lovely villa - not your typical rental
By John B on 30-Jun-2025I'm going to sound like a salesman when I write this but I think it should be said. You can tell this is not your average commercial rental as soon as you enter the house and that it is actually someone's home. It's spacious, furnished to a high standard and the first thing you see is designer lounge chairs from New York! The kitchen is very high standard and top names equipment. If you get to stay here, you're lucky as I know the owner doesn't let it out full time and lives there a lot. It's a lovely home with character and a great garden with many places to sit, eat and a good built in BBQ topped with a roof terrace that is designed and furnished to be really great at sunset for that evening drink. The swimming pool is larger than the photos show probably because it's shape isn't photogenic. All four bedrooms have their own private terrace/patio and the place was like a show home when we arrived. The host is brilliant and the support he has in place for any problems is superb including the check in guy. All in all, this is a lovely place to stay on a very quiet estate, not overlooked and its location is perfect for most things you might like to do on holiday, plus it's only 25 minutes from the airport.
A very clean, modern and relaxing villa

The villa is modern, clean and has everything you need - we found it larger and nicer than the images which isn't always the case! Would recommend and we would go back.

Pool was great as well as the pool toys! Kitchen fully equip and lviing space comfy and homely! We will be back!!
Fantastic Property

Enjoying a quieter location on the outskirts of Vilamoura within close proximity to Browns Sports Club, the owner, Martyn, has ensured that every detail is taken care of. The property is spacious, well furnished (especially the kitchen), lovely gardens and the views from the terrace are stunning. The owner and managing agent ensure that everything is taken care of. I would recommend this property to anyone.
Really Nice Place to stay
By Greg Capsley on 29-Mar-2024This is a very well appointed villa in an up market quiet estate, beautifully furnished and lovely gardens with several patios and pergolas outside and an excellent roof terrace for watching the sun go down in the evenings, well above the average rental I've stayed at over the years in the Algarve. The managing agents employed to look after the house and guests during our stay are very good. If you are self catering, everything you could need for almost any style of cooking is there including a decent size outdoor built in BBQ. Living accommodation is very good and the bedrooms lovely and comfortable. The host Martin provided really useful information about the Villa and made sure we were checked in properly with everything fully explained. The location is very good. Easy access to just about everything, yet far enough away to be quiet and live undisturbed. The photos don't actually convey how lovely this homely place is. More than recommended.
