We couldn’t speak more highly of the villa. It is very clean, beautiful furnished and literally has every utensil you could ever need. The gardens are well maintained and we were able to help ourselves to the fruit from the trees. The area is quiet and we spent many evenings watching the sunset and relaxing in the roof terrace. Martyn had excellent communication with us and provided a detailed document on everything you needed to know about the villa and helpful tips on the surrounding area.
This is a very well appointed villa in an up market quiet estate, beautifully furnished and lovely gardens with several patios and pergolas outside and an excellent roof terrace for watching the sun go down in the evenings, well above the average rental I've stayed at over the years in the Algarve. The managing agents employed to look after the house and guests during our stay are very good. If you are self catering, everything you could need for almost any style of cooking is there including a decent size outdoor built in BBQ. Living accommodation is very good and the bedrooms lovely and comfortable. The host Martin provided really useful information about the Villa and made sure we were checked in properly with everything fully explained. The location is very good. Easy access to just about everything, yet far enough away to be quiet and live undisturbed. The photos don't actually convey how lovely this homely place is. More than recommended.
I've stayed here before. The house is continually being enhanced and it's a lovely well designed and thought out layout. Very easy to live in, generally quiet and up market estate, well furnished and spacious. Minimal traffic, secure and genuinely a "home from home". Easy access to main roads, town centre, marina, motorways and airport but far away enough not to hear them. There's nothing I can say negative about this house.
Absolutely fantastic Villa, very spacious and immaculate inside and out. Beautiful pool and every utensil you would require. Along with a very accommodating owner I would highly recommend a stay. It’s the fourth time we have rented the Villa and we are already looking forward to our next visit.
We have just come back from an amazing 10 night stay at Casa Seara, which wasn't long enough we didn't want to leave :( Whilst the pictures looked lovely on the website they really don't do it justice. The villa has everything you could need and more and feels like a home. We were 2 families of 4 and there is plenty of space for everyone to sit together or spend time on their own. The location of the villa is perfect, its lovely and quiet but close enough to Vilamoura. We did have a hire car however used Uber's in the evening when we were going out which was perfect. I would highly recommend this villa and would definitely love to come back again.
It's a lovely place in everyway. Quiet, private, convenient, spacious and very well furnished. Plenty of places to relax and dine Not much lore you could want for a holiday rental
