I just mean that 2 rooms have been renovated and bathrooms are beautiful. 2 rooms have not had renovation . They are still great sized bathrooms and functional and working. They are still great rooms. I was only explaining what the rooms are like.

By Karen on 05-Jul-2025Stayed here with our family of 10, including 4 children under 4 years. The villa was very well laid out and accommodated the children very well. Outside the pools and garden were perfect and well maintained. Maria communicated everything very well. Jose was very helpful with any questions we had. Villa Joy is in a great location for all amenities. Taxis/Ubers very easy to book. Mosquito net shutters on the doors would have been helpful. Internet connection was patchy in some rooms. All in all a wonderful holiday.
Fabulous Villa
By Jan on 14-Jun-2025The villa is superb. The pool was beautiful and very clean - although not heated the water temp was 29 degrees. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything in it that we could have needed. All of the bathrooms were lovely and the villa was very clean. I would certainly recommend staying here. I suggest bringing some mosquito repellent but I think this was just the time of yeard.

Thank you very much. Most guests are from previous years. So I can accept bookings for 2026, but only confirmed around October/November 2025. I have to wait for owners plans for 2026. Keep well . Regards Maria

Girls Holiday
By Liz on 05-Oct-2024Villa Joy was as described on Simply Owners, communication was very good during booking. Bathrooms were modern and showers very good, kitchen had everything you could want. If I was to be picky some of the shutters on the doors were hard to close, one of the patio doors to pool couldn't be locked and back door wouldn't close luckily there's an iron gate the other side. Pool bed cushions need to be updated and garden brought back to the standard in photos. But still overall a lovely villa, would recommend. Spar shop 10 minute walk and 2 restaurants close by. Uber taxis so handy and cheap to travel into Vilamoura Marina or to beaches.
Amazing place in Vilamoura

The open space of the kitchen, living room, and outdoor is perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. Each bedroom having its own private bathroom is a major plus, offering comfort and convenience. Communication with Maria do Carmo and José is excellent as they are always available, responsive, and very friendly, making the entire experience, from booking to checkout, seamless and stress-free!
