Villa Marion was completely renovated during 2025.It is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom single story villa with southwest facing swimming pool and private garden. The villa is air conditioned in the bedrooms and the living room. The living room and dining room opens up to the large terrace by the pool.
The villa is located between the Hilton Hotel and the Old Village with walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. The Marina is only a 20 minutes walk away, or you can go with the tourist train that stop nearby.

By Hannah on 07-Aug-2025We have just returned from a truly wonderful stay at this villa in Portugal! The villa itself is stunning – beautifully renovated, very well equipped and designed with comfort in mind. The large pool was perfect for the kids to play all day and also for the adults to relax and cooling off. There were plenty of different spots around the property to sit back and unwind. The beds were super comfy, which made it feel like a real home away from home. The location was ideal – set in a quiet residential street and just a 10-minute walk to a local spa shop that stocked everything we needed, including fresh croissants and baguettes each morning. Getting around was easy and affordable with Ubers, and we were just a short drive from a fantastic water park, as well as the lovely restaurants and lively atmosphere of Vilamoura Marina and Quarteira. The weather was perfect throughout our stay and what really made it extra special was Christer, our host. His communication was excellent from start to finish, and he went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. This villa is a must-stay! We couldn’t recommend it more highly and can’t wait to return.

Fantastic stay at Villa Moa
By Russ Mellenchip on 05-Jul-2025We had a fantastic holiday in Villa Moa. Christer’s communication from our initial enquiry, through booking and adjusting dates etc was excellent. The villa is fresh and clean and the newly renovated/ updated kitchen/ dining and living room really does add to the light and airy living space for families (our group of 6 people). The newly fitted shower room to the en-suite is also of high standard. All the decor is fresh and well finished. We really did appreciate the wide range of kitchen utensils and equipment - having a washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine/ toaster etc all made the stay in Vilamoura really comfortable. The beds, pillows and quilts/ bedding was clean and incredibly comfy and having air conditioning in each room was great. The outdoor space was lovely and well maintained - it was great to have different areas for various times during the day and to make use of the sun/ shade. The BBQ seating was lovely, the sun loungers were comfortable and the extra lounge space on the upstairs balcony was an extra bonus (especially, for relaxing during evenings). The pool was a lovely temperature and cleaned regularly, and the inflatables were another added bonus. We would definitely return to Villa Moa.

By Andrea Hartley on 21-Jun-2025We have just returned from a 2 week family holiday in villa Marion (Mao), 5 of us in total The villa was better than expected as some renovations had just been completed on the kitchen to make it open plan and made the living space very bright and spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything needed. The villa was fully air conditioned and also great Wi-Fi. The bedrooms were bright with plenty of storage in and all a similar size. Outside the pool was a great size and had the sun all day long which kept it warm even first thing in the morning. There was also lots of different furniture outside to sit throughout the day and evening and shade if needed. The garden area and roof terrace are an added bonus to the outside area. The villa is located in a quiet residential area about 15 minutes walk to the old village where there are a few bars/restaurants and a Spar. The marina is about 30-40 minute walk but Ubers are easy to get. Booking was very easy with Christer and he always responded quickly to messages before we booked and also when we were there with any queries we had. Would definitely recommend to anyone
Fantastic holiday house !
By Torbjørn Eik-Nes on 09-Jul-2024We are a family of 4 and rented the house for two weeks. It was recommended by some friends of ours, who rented the house one year ago. The house was very nice and clean and the location could not be better. It is in a pleasant and quiet neighbourhood, and still close to the marina and beach. The best part of the house is the pool area and garden where there are several seating areas and a large pool to cool down in. The house and area outside is actually even better than what can be seen from the pictures on the website! The dialogue with the owner and the process before, during and after the rental period was only positive. If you want to spend a bit extra on a nice dinner during the stay, I can highly recommend Willys restaurant, which is a nice garden restaurant on the same street and just a 5 mins walk from the house.
Absolutely loved the Villa Marion
By J. Quinn on 07-Jun-2024We have just returned from our stay in Villa Marion and had a fantastic time. The villa has everything you could need, the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. The outside area was the hilight of our stay, we were a group of 7, 4 adults and 3 teenagers and it was perfect for us as there are various seating areas so everyone has plenty room to relax. The pool was bigger than we expected which was an added bonus. The barbecue area was perfect for entertaining. The villa is in a quiet area but you can easily walk to the Marina, or get a taxi. Christer was great to deal with and always prompt to reply to any queries. Overall I would highly recommend staying in Villa Marion and we hope we will get to return.
