Recently refurbished this is the perfect villa for a large family seeking a well appointed property with a lovely private pool with children's area will be hard pressed to find a better location than this characterful home. Situated in a cul-de-sac close to amenities, this attractive house enjoys an enviable location within close proximity of both a sandy beach and several Golf Course. The property has woodland to the rear, and the light spacious interior is comfortably furnished with much attention to details by its careful owner. It has the benefit of heating for cooler evenings out of season, and large terrace for hot summer day, with large table and built-in barbeque the perfect location for breakfast or for dinning al fresco.

Ground floor:
Very well equipped kitchen with breakfast area, laundry room, utility room, separate toilet (basin; toilet), 4 bedrooms all with air conditioning: 2 double with en suite bathroom (shower; basin; toilet; hair dryer), 1 double with ensuite bathroom (shower; double basin; bidé; toilet; hair dryer). 1 twin with two single beds (95cm wide x 200cm long) with ensuite bathroom (shower; basin; toilet; hair dryer).
Dining area, living area looking to the lovely interior garden in the centre of the house, protected all around by glassy windows, on one side there is the TV area with a round fixed sofa for 10 people and on the other side a comfortable lounge area with sliding glass doors onto covered terrace.
Low level:
1 bedroom with the possibility to have one double bed (180cm wide x 200cm long) or two single bed (90cm wide x 200cm long), with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom (with basin; bath;shower over bath; bidet; toilet;hair dryer)
Outside area:
Terrace with large table and built-in BBQ, shower room with toilet.
Garden (2.300m2) with sun loungers, private swimming pool (10 x 5m; 1-2,2m depth) with Children's area (3m diameter-50cm depth).
On request the swimming pool can be heated with extra cost of 400,00€/week).
Parking.

Everything was as described
By Colette K on 02-Nov-2025Just spent a week at this beautiful villa. Everything was as described. Beautiful wrap round garden. We were impressed with the local birdlife too. There were 7 of us and it never felt like we were on top of each other. Plenty of room for everyone. Would recommend this villa most definitely. Although we had 2 cars between us we used Ubers to the Marina in the evenings. They were so cheap.
Es war alles perfekt
By Thomas K on 20-Oct-2025Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alle Schlafzimmer sind hochwertig und mit einem Bad en suite ausgestattet, das war für unsere Reisegruppe -5 Paare- optimal. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, so dass wir jeden Abend gekocht haben. Sogar eine Eiswürfelmaschine ist vorhanden. Der Pool und der Garten haben uns hervorragend gefallen, die kleine Grillecke haben wir auch genutzt. Überrascht wurden wir durch ein Reinigungsteam, das 2x sauber gemacht hat. Auch der Pool wurde mehrmals gereinigt.
Superb Villa
By Doreen on 27-Sep-2025We had a most enjoyable holiday in this beautiful villa which is set in a quiet residential area. It is quite unique in design with many interesting features. It is very spacious and is furnished as a lovely home. It is very well equipped. The garden and pool area are lovely for relaxing and al fresco dining. We were very well looked after during our stay by the housekeeper and her team and the pool and gardens were also well maintained. All communication was dealt with promptly. I would highly recommend this villa.
Magnificent
By Karen on 13-Sep-2025A group of 7 ladies enjoyed a fantastic week in this truly beautiful villa. Such a treat to stay in a lovely location in such a great property. The pool and outdoor space were utilised daily, lunches al fresco and refreshing swimming in the freshwater pool (no need to heat in September). The villa was so well equipped with everything you need for a self catering stay, bedrooms lovely fresh and spacious, (the downstairs one was probably not ideal for adults sharing but would be perfect for teenagers looking for space away from main house) great bathrooms and plenty of lounge space and indoor dining area. We availed of the large water containers (€12 each) and would highly recommend this option as it saved supermarket shopping a bit. Transport via Uber/Bolt was excellent, only €4 to marina (we walked down and took Uber back during day). We would highly recommend this villa, it was excellent value and such a truly lovely property to enjoy.
Fantastic week at Casa Isabella
By Joanne O. on 28-Jul-2025Home after a fantastic week at Casa Isabella.. The Villa, pool and gardens were exceptional. Loved the layout of the villa, lots of space for everyone chill out. Worked great for our family.. Communication with the Host was excellent and always helpful. Serviced throughout the week with fresh towels etc.. A couple of small supermarkets a 10 minute walk away. Taxi to the Marina approx €7.
