Welcome to our Family Holiday rental Apartment, located on the green belt area of Vilamoura, bordered by the local Millenuim Golf course , and a few minutes walk to Falesia Beach and Marina Vilamoura.

​Local Falesia Beach, rated one of the cleanest beaches in Southern Europe is at the edge of Vilamoura, Ideal for taking long walks or jogs from sunrise to sunset.

This is a corner apartment, with no passing traffic, and shared walls on 1 side.

The front entrance of the terrace opens out to the communal gardens , with direct access to the pool and gardens .

The property sleeps 4 adults and 2 children on portable beds or cots comfortably.

The pool and gardens are well maintained , and available all year round.

We can arrange airport transfers with a good Family run busines who knows the area

We are on the direct cycle and jogging paths to the centre of Vilamoura
Throughout Vilamoura are local pick up and offdrop off cycle stations.
You can walk to the Marina Vilamoura, and the one of best beaches , Praia da Falesia
There are numerous restaurants and coffee shops in the area, and 2 local supermarkets
We are also registered for online shopping and delivery with Continent Supermarkets.
Note: this is a NO SMOKING/NO VAPING property, your security deposit will be forfeited if this is ignored.

Security deposit of €250 , refunded within 1 week of exiting the property , if there are no damages.
Long Term rentals , for longer than 2 weeks, utilities are charged as per usage .
