Description
This 3 bedroom town house is in the heart of the Old Village, one of the most attractive and sought-after complexes in Vilamoura. Just 10 to 15 minutes walk from the marina and beach, it is a little community in its own right with restaurants, cafes, shops and bars. Wander around the pretty cobbled streets, enjoy a cool drink at on open air café or take a refreshing dip in any one of the three large swimming pools. There's plenty of room for the kids to stretch their legs with lawned areas and a play ground. The house has lots of home comforts and attractive features including a private roof terrace with sea views. Now installed digital TV with 60 stations ,included all UK & Irish stations, sky sports etc. Also Wifi free included in your rent . Recently added barbeque on the roof terrace for evening dining with view across the Marina.Visit Falesia beach is 4k - voted on Tripadvisor rin Europe .

VISITOR TAX.
From 1st November 2024, a touristic has been introduced, the tax varies by season, with €2 per person per night during the high season (April to October) and €1 per person per night during the low season (November to March). Children under 16 are not charged.
The tax is capped at five consecutive nights per stay.

By Tracy Moffett on 12-May-2025We stayed for 10 days at this fantastic apartment within the Old Village. The 3 bed house was spotlessly clean with every amenity necessary. Washing machine and dishwasher in the fully fitted kitchen were a bonus. The rear garden afforded privacy and suited elderly parents who enjoyed their mornings & evenings in peace and quiet. Cecil the owner was more than accommodating and was a great host. Will definitely be booking again.
