Description
Proximity to the beach makes it ideal for families . Sleeps 9The villa is situated within a small private development, about 5 minutes’ drive from one of the main family resorts on the south coast of Sardinia. The villa is very close (exactly 30-50 metres) to a quiet beach which is private to the residence and a nearby hotel. The beach is suitable for children of all ages, with shallow waters as well as rock pools. The villa is spacious, with a large veranda surrounding the southern aspect to the property, multiple seating, lounge and dining areas. It is surrounded by a large garden, suitable as a children’s play area. Internally there is:
• A large open-plan sitting room, furnished with Sardinian antique furniture with three different areas; a music/reading area at a lower level with two comfortable armchairs; a conversation zone with a built-in sofa in front of a fireplace fitted with a stove; an indoor dining area.
• The bedroom wing is divided into two areas offering privacy for multiple families or groups; in one wing, a master bedroom with en-suite and a smaller twin with en-suite, suitable for children; the other wing has 3 bedrooms: one single and two twin / doubles, one of which has an en-suite and the other two share a larger bathroom; all bedrooms have large wardrobes and doubles are king-size.
• The kitchen is well appointed with all the electrical appliances for a keen cook. A big Weber barbecue is situated on the kitchen veranda.
• Next to the kitchen is a patio area, perfect for breakfast and an additional area, equipped with sun loungers .
• There is also a utility room with a large washing machine, toilet and basin. The villa is equipped for young families, offering a wide selection of children's
equipment and toys (both indoors and beach),free of charge . All beach furniture is offered free of charge.
There is an outside shower area with 3 jets and a changing room.
The large garden, fully landscaped, is planted with tropical plants and a large lawn.
A service area offers parking for at least 3 cars.

By Nick on 20-Jul-2024Villa Capo Boi is a much-loved family home and it shows. It is a large, well-equipped house, enjoying a fabulous position just steps from a private beach (shared among a small estate), on a small, very safe bay with crystal-clear water and lovely soft sand. It is owned by two sisters, one of whom was there to greet us on arrival and who left us a lovely selection of fruit, deli and wine for our first day. Much enjoyed. There are lovely shaded areas for relaxing and dining and excellent aircon available in the bedrooms. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners, who were in constant communication and who supplied a very helpful folder full of useful information for visitors to the local area, including restaurants, shops and boating excursions. We have no hesitation in recommending this charming house to others.

Close to the wonderful beach
By Lusy on 29-Jun-2024Our stay in the villa was very nice. The villa was ideal for our large family, well equipped kitchen, nice garden. The blue clear sea just in 1 min by walk. All restaurants are 10 min by drive. Anna was a wonderful host. Great experience and unfrogettable memories!

An excellent unpretentious family holiday home, close to the beach and good for toddlers
By Nick on 22-Jun-2024We stayed here for just one week as a multi-generational family group with 2 very young toddlers. It worked extremely well as the villa is very well located in a private gated enclave with its own surrounding gardens and grounds, but just a short staircase from a small attractive sandy beach suitable for the very young . There was every imaginable bit of equipment required for a beach holiday including toys and rubber rings etc for the young. The nearby town of Villasimius (about 10 minutes drive away) has plenty of restaurants and food shops with good local emphasis and there are world class white sand beaches, for which Sardinia is famous, within an hour's drive. Cagliari airport is about an hour away by car. The house has good internet

What a fabulous place!
By Julie Martin on 14-Oct-2023This villa doesn’t disappoint! From first impression to last it is everything you can want and more from a holiday villa. Ample space (both inside and out), well equipped and everything of a high standard. You can tell it is a family home and not just a villa let out to strangers. The grounds of the villa are beautiful and the terrace was a favourite spot, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner! With a lovely beach just a minutes walk away (literally down a very short path) this place was perfect for us. Anna is a super helpful and attentive host. Can’t recommend Villa Capo Boi enough!

Amazing stay near the beach

The beautiful surroundings provided numerous relaxing spots, and we loved cooking outdoors. The best part was the villa's proximity to a secluded beach with crystal-clear water. It was a perfect blend of comfort, fun, and natural beauty. Highly recommend it for a memorable family getaway!
