Apartment Spiga
The villa is situated in the heart of Tuscany hills, between Volterra, famous etruscan and medieval city, and San Gimignano, famous all over the world for its characteristic towers. It' s also surraunded by 5 hectares of country with a little wood and a nice little lake. There is also a parking area.

The farmhouse is the ideal way to spend a quiet holiday and pets are welcome. Outside there is a swimming pool with hydromassage system on one of the corner and there is a big olive grove all around. There's also a nice barbeque area with space for eating and a children's play-ground.If you've your own pc you can use for free or wi-fi connection.

The apartment is located at the first floor:

The terrace is covered from a ceiling of chestnut beams including table and chairs for relaxing times.

The ceiling is made of chestnut beams and the chandeliers and the lamps are in handmade "terracotta" and alabaster of Volterra.

Agriturismo La fonte is strategically based in the heart of Tuscany, the area offers splendid itineraries though an uncontaminated countryside dotted with historical ruins, castles, villas, medieval hamlets and ancient Roman sites.From there you can visit Volterra in 15 minutes by car and San Gimignano in 20 minutes. The nearest village with services is only 1km far (1 minute by car). Furthermore, many famous Tuscan centres of incredible artistic and historical value, such as San Gimignano, Volterra, Pisa, Siena, Florence and Lucca, are just a short drive away.

“Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter in einer wunderschönen Natur”

Vielen Dank an Katia und ihrer Familie die uns die Urlaubszeit so angenehm wie möglich bereitete. Die zweckmäßig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung hat unserer Familie, die immerhin 7 Pesonen zählt, einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub ermöglicht. Der Pool war zur Erfrischung hervorragend, so das uns das abchillen am Haus absolutte Erholung brachte. Die Familie, insbesondere Mutter Anna, war sehr hilfsbereitund organisierte alles was uns fehlte. Die von Schwester Stella vorbeigebrachte Homemade Pizza war köstlich. Leider konnten wir an dem gemeinsammen Essen mit der Familie, eine Woche später, nicht mehr teilnehmen. Wenn überhaubt zu beklagen, waren die nicht ausreichenden Schränke auf den Schlafzimmern, so das die KInder aus dem Koffer leben mussten. Was uns aber nicht zusehr störte. Die tolle Aussicht von der Terasse entschädigte hier alles andere. Gern kommen wir mal wieder. Herzliche Grüße an Karia und die Familie Die Fuhrmann Fives+Anton+Nik
