Villa Rosa is our much- loved private family home on Croatia beautiful Adriatic coast, set in the charming seaside village of Viganj on Peljesac Peninsula.
This is not a hotel or generic holiday rental. It’s a home filled with character, warmth and personal touches, offering privacy, space and authentic Croatian charm.
With a private swimming pool, spacious sea-view terraces and the crystal clear Adriatic just steps away, Villa Rosa is a place to slow down and enjoy life by the sea. Spend your days swimming, Kayaking, cycling or relaxing by the pool, followed by evenings dining outdoors overlooking the water.

Our Story

We are a family of six with four daughters and family life has always been at the heart of Villa Rosa. We first fell in love with this beautiful part of Croatia over 22 years ago and have been coming back ever since.
We have owned Villa Rosa for over 20 years, and during that time it has become our much loved family home on Croatias Adriatic coast. Its where our daughters, now grandaughters , family and friends have made countless memories together.

Over the years, we have carefully and sympathetically restored the house, bringing it back to its natural charm while preserving the character, warmth and individuality that made us love it in the first place.

Villa Rosa is our private family home, filled with personal touches and offering plenty of space, privacy and a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere.

We also advertise Villa Rosa through Air BNB and VRBO , but through Simply Owners , you can book directly with us as owners. From your first enquiry through to your stay , you will be dealing with us personally.

After more than 20 years here, we know and love the area and are always happy to share our recommendations and local knowledge to help our guests enjoy this very special part of Croatia as much as we do.

The house has a key box on arrival or our house manager will be there on arrival.

Check in is from 4 pm and Check out is 10 am

Fly to Dubrovnik Airport then 2-2 1/2 hour drive
Fly to Split Airport then 3 hour drive
Catamaran from Dubrovnik or Split to Korcula Island , Water taxi over which can be arranged.

Booking deposit 25% .Balance is due 8 weeks before your holiday.
